1) Take out two sheets of paper

2) write out ALL the things you love doing on one sheet of paper ie

i) listening to juice wurld/listening to music,
ii) reading love novels,
iii) eating your favorite food (rice n plantains)
iv) complaining. And so on

You know yourself AND THE THINGS YOU LOVE...those little things you do cus no one sees...write all of them down



2b) Then take the second sheet of paper and write down ALL the things you hate doing ie
i) eating beans
ii) listening to trap songs
iii) reading a particular 'genre' of book
iv) doing exercises...you name it.

IF EARLY MORNING EXERCISES IS WHAT YOU HATE DOING, THEN YOU DO IT. it falls under the things you HATE doing. if bathing with cold water in the morning or using premier cool soap is what you hate doing, then you do it for this 30 day period since it falls under the things you HATE doing


Now here's your salvation on a golden platter:

its not psychological manipulation, PoliteActivist. it goes a whooole lot deeper than that for the sake of different religious bodies/affliations that may be looking to be free from their addiction

addiction doesnt discriminate. addiction doesnt know tribe, color or religion.

the steps i outlined works. it worked for me after severralll years of trying to end mine. just thought to share here so others can be free like i am right now.
i know how it feels like to be a prisoner in ones life...ive been there...now theres no prison in my life now.

nope. the summary is

take two sheets of paper

2) write down all the things you love doing on the second sheet of paper

lemme list some of the things i hate doing: i hate eating wheat bread...it taste like shii in my mouth(imagine eating wheat bread and beans, i hate walking in tight places...love to spread myself...lolzzz, i hate leaving the toilet unlocked while i'm urinating (NOTE: WHILE IM URINATING ONLY!), I hate using the small buckets in my house to bath...i loved complaining( i had to stop the things i loved), i hated listening to authority ( love to do things my own way....found myself obeying authority like a robot...it was hard to obey sometimes coming from my female superiors...u get where im going with this. lolzzz)...this among a whole lot of others . thats why i said you gotta be truthful to yourself about the things you KNOW YOU LOVE doing and the things YOU KNOW YOU HATE DOING for this to workk

when i did mine, i had to add an extra 15 days doing the things i hated doing after the initial 30 days just to 'solidify it' cus i couldng believe what i was feeling : I WAS FINALLY FREE AND I COULDNT BELIEVE IT LOLZZZZ after all these years...I HAD TO ADD EXTRA 15 DAYS JUST TO MAKE SURE lolzzzz

now look at me. free as a an eagle. it pains me when i read the relapse stories of people in here...they have a thread going down to 1000+ pages and im like...they even give themselves badges and ranks to encourage themselves and they neglect my advice...the one that finally works. its sad unno

theres a difference between going to the the gym n exercising. you could go to the gym and end up not exercising. walk in and walk out. or you could stay in your house and do pressups and squats repeatedly without going to the gym

If someone says he hates being sober, that means he loves being high everyday. So is getting high everyday an improvement to one’s life? Has there been any reward to it? Is one’s medical health life better than someone who doesn’t do it? Answer that first and be truthful in answering that. The answer would highly be NO.
It’s only an addiction and a habit at this point.

So,The truth is that he truly hates being high even though he loves doing the habit,it is something he truly hates cos he not be getting any reward from it So saying someone hate being sober itself is a problem on it’s own and not a good thing as you’re making it seem, And once someone sees something as a problem it should be part of what he hates and not love.
