they have been under construction since 1999 ... must you start new projects without finishing one . do you know how many projects can be approved to create jobs without the federal govt sole investment ... My dear, just keep politics aside, i've been in Rivers state for the past 14 yrs and I can categorically say that Amaechi has really really done well. If Odili was able to do half of what Amaechi has done, Rivers state would have gone beyond what it is now.
