My samsung galaxy S4 won't switch to WCDMA only or GSM/WCDMA(auto mode), it keeps bouncing back to GSM only, I tried with various networks and same prob, other android show 3G but the S4 wouldn't, today I took my bro's own and it was on WCDMA and immediately I touch the network settings, it bounced to GSM only, please help ooo the phone dey frustrate me die. hello pls help. my dad bot a cube 9x device but had been using wifi instead of mobile data. but since he decided to use mobile data, the tab refuses to browse, google play store does not open. but with wifi the tab is perfect. but he wants to be using mobile data plan on it. infact he subcribed to the mtn sme data plan share. he bought 500mb, but was surprised to see that about 280mb is left yet he cudnt use it to browse. pls help. wat cud be the problem.

You should be able to easily download the BBM app from the Playstore, or you could just download the apk via Google and install

Tell him to check the internet settings...that is the apn
