it is good to know we still have graduates who have learnt ... @ least for them to know the basics and principles of a vehicle motion is worth it ..... put some engineering folks to test about this and you will understand what I mean ... yea , its small , its development.

What exactly is locally sourced here? What is the motivation or justification of doing this? SMH. Any lecturer/research outside of West-Africa who supervises any student in doing this will definitely lose his/her job. FACT!

the justification is we still got youths who have learnt and are keen on self development and not all graduates go to school and pay for good grades

Come sense will tell you they can replicate these race cars you posted if they had access to resources...money and equivalent materials. THEY GOT THE FUNDAMENTALS RIGHT...THAT'S WHAT MATTERS. If they have done that, we will still have some idi$ots who will say they just assembled it! Like they say of Innoson Motors! They can't win...whether they build it with locally sourced materials to reflect something homegrown or import these materials and build something esthetically attractive!
