The last time I checked, Tinubu is the FORMER Governor of Lagos State and has no authority over anybody. Here we are talking of the present FG in charge of Power & Energy, Education,Health, Roads,

We probably could have been exporting cattle to the rest of the world and earning enough for individual farmers and cattle rearers to drive the same car.
