Has anyone with fibroid issue during pregnancy had their baby in us....I want to know if there is additional bill attached to this....I did some scans during my stay in the hsp and they found out I av a 24mm sized fibroid in me..I think it was the cause for the spotting I had that took me to d hsp...though my doc said its nothing to worry abt as d size is very small and it hardly grows with the pregnancy(+ my personal findings on d internet)
I really want to know if this will not add much to my bills ..thnx in advance for ur kind response...

If u have a long stop over in istanbul, it's best you use a lounge. It's about €20 I think. There's free wifi,plenty food and desserts,comfortable seats and even a shower

And if your stop over is during the day and over 6hrs, u can enjoy the tour of the city of Istanbul for free, between 9am and 6pm! Mine was really short but I have kept it in mind

You've already used you visa for a non-birthing visit so you are fine. However, you can just send the embassy an email stating your intention to give birth there if that will make you more comfortable. Ofcourse you'll get the same standard reply they give everyone. Just have all your relevant documents with you for POE (doctors correspondence, enuf cash, reply frm embassy etc) and with God on your side, you'll be fine mama.

As for the eclampsia, it doesn't always reoccur you know. If your bp and protein in urine have been within normal range so far then you are doing very well. Don't underestimate the power of God and prayer, you can and will deliver this baby without a reoCcurence of eclampsia/preeclampsia. Even if you want to do an early cs, don't let them bring out the baby too early so he doesn't end up in the NICU. Pls don't travel too late so the long trip doesn't make your bp go up and drink plenty of water too. You'll be alrite ok? It will surely end in praise!!!

What hospital are you planning to use in alabama by the way? I hear there's one that charges as low as $1,700 though I am yet to confirm this.

I will advise you to do your dropbox jejely without saying you are going to give birth...its a dropbox not an interview hence no POE will hold you down for not declaring...however let husby apply after you have done your dropbox....if you apply together you will be asked to turn up for an interview which you do not want.....

In my opinion apply alone and state holidaying as ur reason i guess......

if you are in Chicago....Just google Dr Ayoade Akere...had my 2 babies with him and costed me $6500 each time...and that covers ALL...obstetrician, paediatrician or aneasthesiologist. he will attend to you everyweek till you deliver, and baby will have access to pediatrician. Paid an extra $250 for circumcision less i forget....

I got a quote of $4500/$6000 for vaginal and cs respectively which covers hospital stay, drugs used related to pregnancy, all lab works, circumcision and epidural but it does not include obstetrician, paediatrician or aneasthesiologist fee.

Got another from saint mary and Elizabeth medical centre for $3500/$5500 for vaginal and cs respectively. Covers only delivery hospital stay but not obsterician, paediatrician nor aneasthesiologist fees

@ Shayo.... It is always good to hold some few cash....they can not verify if you have money on your mastercard. The 1st time i went to have my 1st son i had about 8k, 2nd time i went for my 2nd son i had abt 5k....that saw me through...hence hold some cash esp when they see you are heavily preggy, they want to know you have means of sorting yourself out....

do you have where you are staying in dallas...gat someone that will do all ur hospital runs, shopping, running around generally and house you for an amount.. she is in Houston though....lemme know....glad to help

Am much relieved now that I know that its nothing to worry about and am leaving God to take charge of the rest.
Am much based on cs cos I had my first baby 5yrs ago tru same process and I don't think I want to experience that labour experience again as the one I had then wasn't good at all....except I get that divine miracle(moment u re already placed on bed for cs and the doctor just found out ur baby's head is out...then push for 2/5mins...lol)nothing impossible for God to do..trusting him on that...

u r welcome....grab this book supernatural childbirth...it helped me through my pregnancies after i lost my first preggy at 6months but God in his infinite mercies gave me 2 boys in the space of barely 2 years after that ordeal that almost took my life.... (they have just 14months in between them, but i just generally claim 2 yrs btwn them as my 1st was 2012 Nov and 2nd was 2014 Jan)

my Advice, be prayerful, and be not afraid about Fibroid...i had multilple fibroids all through my preggy period but just about 2 weeks ago i went to the hosp and no record showed i had fibroids....just hang on to God. I had my 2 boys womanly(1st 8pounds/3.8kg, 2nd 9.4pounds/4.2kg) It could only have been God trust me.......You will deliver safely and carry your baby back from america in good health, even you will be in better health.....

I thank God for the safe delivery of my baby boy on Tuesday, 4th. Although, didnt go as planned as I wanted a vaginal delivery but ended with an EMCS cos my boy was way too big (4kg) for my pelvic. All the same, I thank God it all went well. Mummy and baby boy are doing great.

Had my baby in New Jersey, same Dr Fares and Moutainside Hospital. I received the best care all through my stay at the hospital. All the staff that attended to me were all great. it was indeed a good one.

@ lizcom, pls what website did you use to track the birth certificate? do you have your SSN now or u can still apply for the passport while you wait for the SSN?

Just to get us update at elpaso. Checked online yesterday my baby's birth certificate was ready. Do today na waka...You can take baby passport photo at any wall greens. ..but today drama be say my baby was sleeping seriously this morning and they needed her to open her eyes for the photo...she didn't. After 30mins we left to get money order for 165$ @ Walmat and went to another wall green at Fountain and thank God after 10mins she opened her eyes like " why are these nigerians disturbing me". I was supposed to be at the passport office by 12noon and we were just leaving the wall green. Had to call that am on my way and will be there by 2pm. It was easy at Birth Certificate office, we didn't spend more than 10mins. I requested for 2 BC for 46$. Then had to trek to passport office( I don't think you can trek it with your baby but if you have a roller it's ok) So after 20mins there we were done and expecting the passport by next week. My counsel, things are easier when the man is around...so let the men plan to be around even if it's immediately the BC is ready.
