I believe that in matters like this, when it enters into the court, Eveyrthing returns to Status Quo pending resolution. Status Quo in this case would be that Tambruwal is the Speaker.

So on what justification is the I.G removing him from his office?

Tambuwal contested as House of Rep, he never contested as speaker, he was appointed speaker as part of the majority in the house(PDP). Why is he exposing his crass ignorance claiming to still be the Speaker. Tambuwal to me has started smoking some cheap crack to be wallowing in ignorance taking the back up of APShit tugs like Amaechi and Thiefnu.bu.

I sit and await the outcome of Feb 14 and the reform of the Nigerian political terrain. I know these lots called APshits will all elope on exile.
