Gripen is responsible for 37% of ISTAR missions in Libya, with further sorties flown as a targeting platform.

http://www.defenceweb.co.za/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=17886:swedish-gripens-deliver-37-of-libyan-reconnaissance-reports&catid=35:Aerospace&Itemid=107

[size=16pt]

Quote a NATO source, it was a NATO operation. South African source will say SANDF killed 1,000 Seleka rebels with no photo of single dead Seleka rebel available in this world from that battle in Bangui.

Nation of liars.

Your source clearly says Gripen did NO single ISTAR in Libya, Swedish Gripen did far less than half of ONLY basic and simple RECONNAISSANCE, the ISTA is missing, only the R was done by the poorly rated and incapable Gripen jets cheesy cheesy

Your source also revealed that loiter time of Gripen in Recce role is less than the 1 hour I expected, Gripen can only fly 40 minutes in patrol recconnaisance role....one of the worst patrol endurance aircraft in the world cheesy cheesy

Lol, now it's clear NATO was doing real ISTAR in Libya using American ISTAR aircraft .

Lol , no ISTAR aircraft in South Africa o ! SAAF is obsolete o !

I can even say it isn't in service.

No picture or link proves anything. Make a sensible argument and disapprove what i've said.

Do you have pages from documents about the study behind the development of aircraft.

You can't prove it is in service?

I can post a picture of a T-72 in South Africa. South Africa bought them for studies, cause Angola could've bought them if the situation didn't improve Southern Africa.

Besides the are also privately owned ones.

But you can clearly see a Nigerian soldier, how is that it isn't in service?

You're saying, it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, feeds like a duck, but somehow, it isn't a duck?

Thanks for confirming what I always said that South African army is a very weak dry land only army built ONLY for homeland defense with ZERO force projection outside homeland and thus inferior to the all terrain equipped Nigerian army.

You proved me right, you a South African soldier, so God bless you sir !

Oh I have a picture of a Rooikat with South African soldiers visible. What's interesting is that the Rooikat is upgraded with larger gun and an active protection system.

Able to destroy incoming missiles, rockets, rounds and grenades. With the Mongoose missile.

I can see black people on that tank, that doesn't mean those chaps are Nigerian.

YES IT ISN'T A DUCK!!!!! IT IS A GOOSE cheesy grin grin grin cheesy

You got it wrong.
