Don't you think it is better to allow people to live with their mental constructs rather than exchange it for a society with a dead conscience and no fear of retribution from higher beings like God? In as much as I have consistently said that religion alone contributes more and has killed more people than it has ever saved it is still a necessary tool to control the conscience of men to an extent.

Have you noticed the attitude of a child raised by ardent atheists ,how do they relate with kids that are raised by a religious people?
I bet you that if you open your eyes to what a society we would end up with without religion ,you will begin to appreciate how religion has helped mankind to make sense of his existence and usefulness even as it continuously make us too dumb.

Thirdly, we know today of secular nations with large atheist population with far more moral and ethical loftiness than their god-infested counterparts. So , I have no idea what you are talking about..

A good number of examples but let me mention a few.

Quite a lot of muslims, dedicated muslims, brought up in muslim background have had encouter with Christ and became chriistians. Stood their ground in the face of severe persecution from family members and community because of their conviction.

You hardly see a dedicated christian joining islam.
Most christians who join islam do so based on marriage, politics or money but none will tell you he had a personal encouter with Muhammed.

How did u arrive at the conclusion that the past Prophets could have been living in lies when I stated clearly that they all preached the same message and that Prophet Muhammad (SAW) only brought the message from God which is a confirmation of what came before. None of the Prophets ever ordered that you worship other than the Creator, they all preached the message of submission to the Creator. and Islam is derived from the root word of Submission and peace!

And how did you come to the conclusion that others do not feel secure in their religion or that Jesus died for YOU?

I believe I have answered the question u asked about why I think Jesus Christ was not the Creator. We must understand something about Haqq(Truth) and that is that it is universal. The messengers where not sent to confuse us, they came with a plain message, not a mathematical theory that is devoid of logic( sorry if that sounds too harsh) I have no better words to describe it. But how can someone tell me that God has a son, who is also God and then died!!! Subhanallah! God died!!! and that he came to wash their sins away and YET they would account for all their deeds! how can I agree to an ideology that does not make any sense. A son that Abraham (The friend of God) never knew about, Adam never knew about, Job never knew about. An ideology with so much controversy that even some christian sects have affirmed CANNOT be true. An ideology that has no evidence in the earlier scriptures! when I have seen a clip of an ancient bible discovered by some people(not Muslims) in Jerusalem (not sure of the exact city) and contained NO claim by Jesus (pbuh) that he is God but rather addressed himself as the servant of God! How then can I possibly accept such?

'Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me'.

Remember Judaism came before Christianity. The prophets predicted about a saviour (Jesus means saviour) King that will save the world from sin that is to come.
Jesus was rejected by the Jews because he did not come from a major tribe or born in riches. But the Torah had predicted this.
Secondly Islam VALIDATES Christianity and Judaism. It calls them 'People of the Book' and clearly states that they have the true revelation and do not require a new one.
The true validity test of a man is not what he says about himself. Its what others say about him. The 3 major religions in the world beside Buddhism are Christianity, Judaism and Islam. All 3 validate Christianity in their scriptures in SEVERAL VERSES AND CHAPTERS not only the ones I quoted above.

Now if you know the principle of the research methodology, you don't need anyone to tell you CHRISTIANITY IS THE WAY.
