Sorry i meant your hubby.

If he is living in the house with his kids then he must have other utility bills in his name?

This is really complicated issue, i feel sorry for your hubby, the UK law regarding married couples is just one sided and unfair.

Exactly why the thought of getting married scares a living daylight out of me.

Yes, he has all the utility bills, gas, electricity, everything in his name, except d motgage.
Now that we realise the risk it might be to my application and after.
He is bringing an option of getting a rent, d landlord has agreed to take some deposit till when d visa will be granted before moving in as no one knows when d visa will actually be granted...and d landlord does not mind writing a letter of agreement to this effect.

My question is,can he use this present mortgage adress as a correspondence, as that is d only place where we can present bills in his names from last 6mnth/yrs & getting to put d new rent details and d letter of agreement from d land lord.as well?.

Justwise,
Lexusgs430 what's ur take on this plz.

The more complicated the logistics of any application is, the more UKBA would be deemed to frustrate your application process, by ways or way of putting bureaucratic hurdles.
Best to submit a simplified application, inline with documents process.

Since he pays all the bills with his name then he can use the address and explain the mortgage situation in a letter, his situation is not uncommon in a divorce case involving kids in the UK.

Email or phone call, whichever works for you, though phone call will be quicker if you able to get through. They will ask you for your HomeOffice ref number for identification.

Hi guys,
I have a question. Assuming the statement of account one used for their application was less than 30 days old by the time they submitted but after it became 30 days no decision has been made on the application. Is it going to affect anything. I know their requirement is that you should keep certain amount in your account for 28 days and the statement of account should not be more than 30 days old.

The same thing happened to someone else on this forum, they then contacted their local Teleperformance centre and found that they had the passport but where just delayed in getting the messages out to people. Have you contacted your Teleperformance centre to see if your passport has arrived?
Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Naija4life1: 2:59pm On Dec 16, 2014
@iley go on to Teleperformance Website and login to your UK Visa Application Centre application, you should have an update on your application.
