Well articulated. The prediction may not be far from reality.

But South West will spring surprises. Even in Lagos,GEJ may win convincingly.

This exercise is an attempt to picture how the next presidential election will be won and lost.

It is based on the following factors and assumptions:

1. That there will be 80% voters turnout across the country

2. The two candidates popularity and general acceptability

3. Each party's spread and their strength in each state

4. New developments in the political terrain of a state irrespective of the party that rules the state

So, in your imagination Jonathan will win in the NE? It's certain he cannot and same goes with the SW. The North Central he will, but Buhari will record a good showing there and win Kwara, Niger and Nassaraw.

I have been very conservative with Buhari's figures including his stronghold NW hence you don't see 90% win percentage even in his own state.

And I have assumed the reasonable maximum for GEJ in his stronghold of the SS with 90% of the votes in Bayelsa.

The fact is GEJ is gone come Feb. 2015
unless you are categorically saying you see the future, then this is nonsense

the SE & SS combined won't give GEJ less than 85% votes in the areas, there is no need for permutations in those regions.

SS/SE may not have a free day of rigging like 2011 where Buhari, I could call independent candidate , was mercilessly rigged out. This is a new era. The guy is now contesting under a party with structure so you people should expect a different outcome.

12million against 22million with massive rigging both South and North was commendable. PDP is loosing sleep because they know the red card is about to be drawn out.

You must be hallucinating to speculate that Buhari would get 450,000 votes from Imo State.

Keep being deceived by Rochas flirtatious posturing. Paste it on your lappie: Buhari will not get up to 30,000 votes from Imo. His chances in Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Abia will hover between 5,000 and 10,000 in each state...

I have said it here before that the greatest problem of GEJ in Ondo State is the governor of the state Dr Olusegun Mimiko. The people of Ondo State has since left the governor because of his attitude, the people are eagerly waiting for the general election to pay the governor back for his deceits
If GEJ can find a way of managing the governor and relate with the old PDP members in the state, he might win but for the governor to spearhead his campaigns, doom beckons
Buhari's popularity is growing phenomenally at the moment

Man your comment nailed it. It's safe to assume GEJ would secure 99% of votes cast in the SE. Sincerely thats incontestible.
Fortunately for APC, voters turn out would not be more than 60% of registered voters even far less. APC only needs to ensure trusted party agents man each polling booth to ensure results recorded reflect the votes cast. Unlike 2011 where there was voter apathy in the SE yet results were inflated to show 99% of voters turn out.
