One thing I Dont find funny at all is the reason why lagtech refuses to ship goods meant for his clients, how on earth is that justifiable. You pay completely for your goods in his fake inventory and months after "THE CROOK" refuses to ship your goods for no just cause and when he does he hurriedly ships less than 20% of what you order for without chargers, batteries or accessories. Only for you to discover that the goods are all in bad shape. lagtech Deliberately put us in this mess, as I said earlier this is "Nairaland's Biggest Scam Ever".
It is just unfortunate we found ourselves in this predicament.
For me, one thing is sure lagtech will pay for my goods, money with damages and that I will make sure of.
All those shameless sycophants, hypocrites, favor seekers kissing lagtech dirty behind should be ashamed of themselves.

I hope we won't hv to mark 1 year anniversary of we waiting endlessly for all our goods soonest because as it is the year has already ran out! Yet we r still on the waiting spree! Most annoying thing is I don't knw if the so called greenhorn shipper's detail is been held in d strong room of CBN?!!! That lag tech can't give his details here for us all to verify like the air shipper chinox or LSM as the case maybe.
Am calling on all sea shipment members: xtfield, confluence ,resource man ,etc to mount pressure on this lag tech guy to give details of the sea shipper! I will find out if he is legit or not.if otherwise that means lag tech did not ship or buy our stuff and obviously hiding something from us.

if anybody is pained by the customers expressing their frustration here, the person should just do the needful by settling those customers on behalf of lagtech .

First set of items from 2 shippers should be available tomorrow-pick up will be Tuesday evening or Wednesday.There is 99% assurance on this. We will be confirming contents and contacting owners Tuesday night. Pick up will likely be that same night or Wednesday afternoon.

There is the possibility of another set from a 3rd shipper. We sent 2 shipments through this shipper in September and October-they have had many problems-now compounded by the NAHCO issue of the last 5 weeks.

Items not picked up on Wednesday will be Saturday and after.

The next 10 days will see most of these issues resolved. We are working seriously on this. Some who rather than be silent, if they cant show compassion to our customers -have made slight and fun of these issues-maybe because they have no stake -either as owners or as the seller. And some-even though they have a stake have resorted to personal attacks. These travails are temporary and are being professional and methodically tackled.

All our confirmed agents/customers in the compensation plan (14 in number) can be rest assured that our compensation program will cover and handle any loss due to this long delay. We thank you for your patience and support. As agreed-we will be making available laptops to enable you quickly make back any loss. The extra long backlog have delayed their arrival. Today is 28th of dec , over 2months and 1 week and 1day I paid 100k to lagtech for laptops. Ok if I'm to be buying laptops from ebay from that time till now , I suppose to have made atleast 100k gain plus ( no joke) but here I am waiting for laptops for century and somebody will tell me that tunder no go fire lagtech! ...... ? Believe me heaven and all ancestral bodies must forgive me lagtech for my plan for you n and believe me it must click and I don't care how your family , jimmy anybody will see it ..... Mod should talk to lagtech...he should close the thread? Does that sound like a great idea? As long as the thread exists there's a platform at least where we all express our displeasure even when pings aren't replied,emails not attended to and calls not picked. It's not a seemingly efficient platform but it's still a platform.

Please note that irrespective of what has happened, what is happening and what may happen, Nairaland has it's rules and they should be followed to the letter if you chose to use Nairaland.

I'm a keen follower of this thread since it's inception till date and I know close to 80% of activities therein, I've been lenient with banning and the likes but some users are getting out of line, if users do not keep their emotions under check, I have a job to do.

like I stated earlier, I PERFECTLY understand how majority of you feel either you believe me or not, but your threats and rants would do nothing to help the situation but may even worsen it.

To all affected victims of Lagtech: I totally think we all should find other plans, if possible Plan A-C should be on ground.

If by the 1st of january ,victims here still don't have their goods ,I will advise anyone who is genuinely interested to get his goods or money back to find any possible means of doing so without coming here or inviting anybody.take whatever means necessary to recover ur investment.I see this issue dragging till march. Lagtech now knows that ppl here are scared of him getting banned and the thread getting locked and he will use that fear to maximum advantage

I don't know how else to communicate that no one has lost their items. We have delivered items to hundreds of people-why will we not deliver to less than 20 people.
We have paid for and delivered items worth close to -if not more than 5 million naira-why would we now not deliver items worth 200k that someone paid for.
The moment there seems to be delay in delivery or challenges with services-it seems many just assume it is a scam or fraud.
Part of the items being picked up tomorrow are iphones, laptops, playstations, sneakers, tablets. All these items are intact. We have not stolen anybody's items. Delivery has been delayed-but no one has been scammed.
Some of the people who own these items assumed at one point earlier this month that they had been scammed-and declared such on the thread. Now when they pick up their items tomorrow or Tuesday-will they still have been scammed?
Last week-several people picked up their items including one person picking up a brand new laptop and another person a 100k laptop-they got their items after much delays. At least one of them had declared us to be scammers and fraudsters-in not one-but several posts. Nothing has been heard from that person since he picked up. Not one word.
Is suffering and poverty so widespread-that everyone has now become a scammer or fraudster? Is the world so perfect now-that no business makes any mistakes or encounters problems anymore?

All those with pending items will be contacted. About 8 people picked up last week-another 9 or so will pick up this week. Items with the sea shipper belong to 6 people. No one is running away with your goods. I sincerely apologise for the frustrations you may have felt-but we are not thieves nor scammers.

-We had several pick ups over the week and several people picked up.
-We will be having pick ups tomorrow and possibly Wednesday as well.
-We have gotten items from 2 different shippers and expect a box from one more shipper this week. One shipper is not available till after the New Year -so items from that shipper unfortunately will not be available till likely next week.
It has been a frustrating few months for many of our customers. We appreciate the patience of many. All is now coming to a good conclusion. Our first 2 sea shipments were not as planned-and was very confusing at a point-we will be delivering items to their owners in a few days. Our third shipment through another shipper that left last week of November is going the right way. Items will be landing in about 2 weeks and pick up should be towards the end of January.
