If I was asked this question when I wrote my WAEC exam in the Subject MATHEMATICS, I would have answered with a thunderous YES.
It would still be YES till tomorrow.

If you know you would fail an examination, you would postpone it forever

Postponing the election will lead to further postponement until Jega's tenure is over only to give way for the CLUELESS Government to appoint his choice of INEC chairman who will be able to rig the election in their favor. Postponment is none negotiable. cool grin Chikena!!! Vote Wise, Vote for CHANGE , Vote for the peoples General!!

All other activities in the country are almost grounded all in the name of courting for a vote. I mean if you are among of those seeking for work especially any government related jobs, you might probably understand me better. Hence, pls no any postponement Ooo. Na beg adey beg.

Capital NO. Most of those uncollected PVC's are either own by people who are not interest on the election any more or fake registrations by agents of corruption.

The best that can be done is make 6th FeBuhari a public Holidays for collection of PVCs. There is no way every PVC will be collected. PDP are just worried that even PVC Collection alone indicates Jonathan is heading to Otueke in May.

INEC should let the election hold as slated. We should all discourage any act of saboteur that can leads to something else.

I really do not think the election should be postponed because of 2 reasons:

1. INEC has had 4 years to prepare for this and if it has failed now, a few months postponement of elections won't lead to it's success. The whole Voter's registration procedure with collection of cards would have to be overhauled after the election.

2. You won't get 100% Voter's collection of PVC even if you give people 100 years. Many just like to complain without actually going out to collect their cards.

I just hope that actual voting materials are ready and we won't experience the fiasco of 4 years ago when the election had to be postponed by a week because ballot papers didn't arrive from the printers on time.

Issues to be considered..

Inec has only handed out an estimated 30 million cards with another 30 million plus outstanding.. Does this mean that in our 170 Million people estimated population, only less than half are of voting age and only 30 million people would vote in the leader of the remaining 140 million..

Also remember that as at 3 weeks ago, the FG was yet to approve the INEC budget for the elections.

It feels to me like a systematic plot to limit the number of people that would vote with an aim to rigging the elections by the present administration..

INEC has allowed collection till the eve of election,Feb. 13. over 70% at the moment is not bad, the most important thing is that all the PVC's are ready for collection. 19 days to election , more people will make effort to collect their cards. 80% collection rate is ok in my opinion. For some states having 50-60% collection rate, INEC needs to understand the problem and fix it.

I just realised that the PVCs are available for collection. But people are not going to their various local government areas or collection centres to collect them. The way people talk as if the PVCs were not being distributed almost made me not to make efforts. But I summons up efforts to collect mine and I realised that it took me less than 5 minutes for mine to be brought out for me. Do you know what, I saw many bundles of PVCs waiting to be collected. People cry foul in the absence of one.

They should not move the election time because it will give room for illegitimacy of the whole process

Let it take its course since we can't have 90% voters card collection
INEC has a whole 4years prepare for this voting exercise

It won't take you more than an hour to collect the card, it took me less than 10mins, so anybody that has refused to collect his/her PVC till now is probably not planning on collecting or perhaps dead or are no more in Nigeria, cos I saw atleast 5 people that are dead and some that have travelled out of the country on the pasted list(I registered beside my house, so we all know each other. Before person start to quote me) in other words, let the election go on as planned.
Oga it took u 10mins okk, believe me=i have gone to collect my PVC more than 5x with no luck, nd note=i went early nd waited patiently, dnt Generalise, oga eh people d Die 4 ur Area osad, tank LoRD i no register dia....
