You should be asking why they stare period. Churxh or no church! Staring is rude. Very rude. People have staring problems. They will keeping staring even after they kno you can see them.

my sister i ran out of staring will a long time ago.

I don't stare... I just look at ladies with one side of my eyes. And if am caught, i'll raise my left eyebrow and smile

most times its because of the way the girls dress and paint as if they came there to search for husbands.
