Sorry tro digress from the main topic but what do you mean by what kind of Change is that?

The Change being talked about is Political Change at the Center.I know most people from the South East don't want Goodluck Jonathan to leave Office but the Man must go to Avert an Humanitarian Crisis because he is a threat to World Peace.

The Nigerian Economy is in the toilet due to Bad and Wasteful Management of hitherto Surplus resources when there was a Boom. We Nigerian Graduates know what we are Facing with the Current Lull in Economic Activities due to the Low Oil Prices.

@ Op,God will help you and please know that Millions are in the Same if not worse shoes than you are in and Help is on the way. Your Vote is your Power.

#VoteChange.

If you are not here for the sole purpose of sympathysing or empathysing then you and your friend should carry your wahala to politics section. Please dont come and spoil the man's thread for him. Please... its already bad as it is. dont let it enter worse.

Thank you...

What exactly is wrong with the car?

How much was your daily/monthly income from the cab business?

How long did you drive the cab before it packed up?

Is your wife currently contributing to the household purse or she is a full time housewife. Can she learn a trade?

I think your priority for now should be getting your kids back to school.

I'm a little interested in the failed contract as i'd love to know specifically if you were dishonest at anytime during the process.

I really need help...hence this outburst. I live in Abuja, a graduate with more than 10 years working experience as admin officer. I am married with 4 kids( the oldest 9 and the youngest 4) I was once financially stable until 2013 when I lost substantial amount of money in a failed contract I got and consequently, lost my job to it. I was faced with litigation but got out of it after settling out of court in respect of the failed contract. In the midst of this my wife fell sick since 2013, she was just diagnosed of some infections on her internal organs. As it is now, my 4 kids have been out of school since January 2015.

THINGS I HAVE DONE SO FAR
1. I started using my car as drop / kabu-kabu until last year March when I had accident with it and couldn't put it back on the road. About #100,000 is needed for that.

2. I moved my family out of a 3 bedroom into 2 bedroom in one of the satellite towns

3. I changed my kids from a #40k tuition school each to a 10k tuition each( yet couldn't meet obligations)

4. I sold some house items to raise money though at ridiculously give away prices.

5. I have been searching for jobs, attended several interviews but no job. I now know that one doesn't appreciate what he has until he loses it.

MY NEEDS
1. Treatments and drugs for my wife

2. Repairs of my car so that I can start transport biz while I look for job

3. Money to for accommodation. I have made up my mind to move my family into a one bedroom apartment any where possible as I am still owing tent for the current year for sum of #210k

MY PLANS
1. moving to 1 bedroom apartment pending improvement in my finances

2. Enrollment of my kids in LEA Primary school closest to wherever I get 1 bedroom apartment

3. Selling off some items more:
a. Washing machine
b. Yamaha Keyboard/piano
c. Micro waves
d. Artwork ( large painting for decoration)
e. Glass Dinning set for 4 ( but six ppl can use it)
* It has been pretty difficult selling this items though...I still want buyers

REQUEST
1. Pls if you need or someone who might neef them help buy. #MyLifeIsNosediving

2. In case you know anyone who can help with accommodation... I am not choosy as I stand to be evicted in few days ahead.

3. If anyone can help with ANY legit job. I am open to jobs that will enable me take of my family. Again I am not choosy

OR

4. If anyone can loan my #100k my car will be back on the road and I will be able to have income to take care of my family while I look for job.

NB:
I seem to have become financial parasite to friends and the local church I attend. I understand them perfectly and I have no hard feelings.

THANK YOU ALL IN ADVANCE

If you could divulge this much information, why is it so hard to place your number, email, contact? And sorry I do not buy the 090xxxx.

I wish you the best, but if you have come this far, best to bare it all.

I can help with the car if your story can be verified.

Very valid questions and points.

Is there a verification process in place?

I'm willing to help only if I know this is legitimate. He does seem genuine though.

Op, It is well with u, dis is a trying time n u'll surely come out of it. I was once in ur shoe but today things r getting beta. In 2011 July to be precise my hubby lost his sys admin job @ Zenith bank.I was more or less an house wife cos my hubby job makes me to resign after ourwedding cos of distance (he was @ Akwaibom, I was @ kwara). I was selling fabrics without shop. We av a baby n I was 7month preggy when he went to work on dat mon mor n was sacked(though it was all d admin officer @ Zenith), we were devastated it was tough then. I deliver thru C S, house rent was due the same month I put to bed(sept), my boy's skool fees was there plus d new baby. 3months after delivery I can't do house core for an hour without been weak cos no gud food to eat n I was doing baby friendly. My hubby went into agriculture(someone dat av always been in AC), sold our car, bought smaller one n started using it for town services. Things r beta today.

To all,
It is gud to live below to our earnings. Try as much as possible not to acquire much home appliances when we can safe such to purchase land. If u r working with fed govt u can work your transfer to a less expensive state. So u can plan ur life well. I know a coulpe dat moved to their house in less than two years of their marriagen they're both working with state govt. Stop competing with ur friends, cut ur clothes accroding to u size. If ur family's size is small u can manage in a mini flat or two bedroom while u start developing urs. Wisdom is profitable.

Once again op, God will heal ur wife n all u're presently passing thur will come to pass n u'll surely be congragulated soon!

From the comment so far, I believe the op's story. If you really want to help him fix his car, please go ahead. There are other ways you can verify the op's story. He has divulged enough already. Let's not make him spill out everything on a public forum.

As you consider his situation and put in efforts to assist him and his family, may the Good Lord continue to bless us all.

Cheers

OP, I'm interested in your children and you getting a job or a business. I understand you reside in Abuja and I don't think you should relocate because of your family.

How soon can your children get back to school if the money is available? Is it the 10k each or the 40k each option?

Things will get better for you and your family.

Stay blessed. Keep holding on.
