You can add it dearie... I also did,his two months old today,I do give him twice a day,I can't stand my baby crying at all... Boys eats a lot and not everyone of dem gets satisfied with d 'breast milk....You can try it... All d best dear...!

Good afternoon,I think u can,my baby will be 6 weeks next week n that's what I'm doing now cos I discovered she wasn't getting enough breast milk n will wake up evry 30 mins,I had to add nan milk n since then she eats n sleeps for 2 hrs before eating again,so u can add so u also can have enough rest.

Sure you can. I had a similar experience in the past and I introduced NAN 1 and the difference ws drastic.

my baby is 10 and half months now. i started exercising off and on when she was 3 months but i started the dedicated 5 times a week workouts / eating clean when she was 8 months and i realized my tummy was not ok as a yummy mummy and i still couldnt fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes.

now my tummy is back to shape and i can fit into all my clothes

by eat clean i mean i eat healthy, for example lots of steamed ugwus with boiled sweet potato or unripe plantain, fish, skinless chicken, beans without palmoil, egg whites, moin-moin, etc.

So my milk has been flowing well since yesterday oh, I have been drinking water like a fish,even at nite n I have noticed improvement, I pray it's lasts. Also my baby lap dat was swollen from immunizations started bringing out poss did afternoon n she is running temperature. I was told to just watch it n give paracetamol. I hope it does nt get worst oh.

To reduce ur tummy dear, do sit-ups everyday. Start with 10 and gradually increase it or better still download this app "30 days ab challenge" follow it religiously and u ll see d difference

You can use the post patum belt. Tie it on your belly day n night for like 3-7days,removing it only when u need to get into the shower. That's what I used and my tommy is back to pre pregnancy only after 3 weeks of giving birth.

thanks for ur suggestion. is tummy girdle same tin as post patum belt? can tieing of wrapper do the same work? when can one start the sit-ups?

Yes it can.

Excess water can dilute the electrolytes in a baby's ystem, lading to water intoxication. EBF babies do not need water cos BM contains al the water they need.

Yes it works as long as u do it religiously. When u start, take ur mind off if it's workin or not. Just keep doin it and u ll see d difference in no time.

Your bosom getting hard probably means it is engorged ie full of milk cuz ur baby is not sucking it all.

Why don't you try express and give to him till he gets a hang of it but Pls don't stop giving him the breast even when u are expressing.

Pls do get a breast pump,d bosom is getting hard cos its full of milk.... I experienced same tin I was pumping and putting in a feeding bottle for him and d say tym putting d breast in his mouth till he finally learns how to suck...... I hope it works for u,how I wish I have ur number would have bin able to explain better.... here is mine sha 08063856996....! Take care dear
