Accordingly to things I've read/heard from doctors and online articles. Even pre-cum can impregnate woman. Though I would appreciate it to see doctors in the building to advice you on this issue in order for other suffering from this to learn one-two things. As a doctor,I will advice you to go for a urine culture test and sperm count test to check for infections and sperm mobility respectively. Infections can lead to quick ejaculation and weak erection. Op, the first thing u need to know is that you are not alone, many men face similar problems. 2) Yes, prem-ejac is curable but not with drugs. Most times it's psychological so u need therapy n skills to take control so u can last longer. Also watch your diet. 3) It can only affect your ability to impregnate if u have low sperm count or if u discharge without penetration, that is your load doesn't even enter your woman...although some sperm can travel far in some men. 4) Medically Prem-ejac shouldn't lead to impotency....other factors will combine to achieve that. The International Classification of diseases (ICD) describes premature ejaculation as when a man reaches orgasm within fifteen seconds of vaginal penetration, and WHO advises men who cannot last beyond 60 seconds to seek help from sex therapists. Seemyfather: 1. Yes besides it's not a disease (take note). 2. No it doesn't. As long as your sperm count is high, not watery but viscous enough to fertilise an ova, No problem. 3. What is impotency? Ask yourself. Total impotency is when the reproductive organs are not secreting the fluid and hormones for reproduction. Partial impotency is like comparing to low sperm count. I guess I have answered your question. 4. I will advice u see a doctor that will prescribe the right drugs for your status. Seemyfather: cure premature expulsion. 1 STOP THE FLOW. This is a required exercise to do in other to control your expulsion and it is very easy to do. Drink a lot of water and every times the man goes to the bathroom, he would be doing stopping the flow of urine.At first this will be difficult to do but with constant practice it will be easy. Another way to locate the muscle is contracting your anus in a kind of situation where a person want to release gas but trying to prevent it from coming. Hold the muscle for 2seconds and release, repeat it 10times a set and at least 3 times a day. 2. BREATHING. It is very good to breath through the nose,a lot of people form this bad habit of breathing through the chest,breathing is also good in controlling premature expulsion.
