olapluto: This is the "koko" When the TVCs were used, these fools said 100% turnout was achieved. Now owners of these TVCs havent shown up to collect PVCs and with the card reader, am sure the number will depreciate further. Fraud will definately reduce. 36 Likes 1 Share |
