No,don't worry about it.You are in your 3rd trimester so it's the weight. Just bear it,it won't be long.Try and sit upright when you sit and don't sit on soft chairs.Also do a bit of exercise for your back and tell your hubby to give you some massage sometimes.

I just called my gynaecologist now to inform him and he said the what I don't even wanna hear.lol he said its premature contraction,he asked if I work hard I said no cuz I do nothing other than eat and sleep and exercise (walk) but he said I should stop all activities hence. I don't even know how cramping feels tho,but the pain l feel is one that's like *if u move something will drop* kind of pains. I used to have menstrual pain before pregnancy but this very pain is unlike menstrual pain. it hooks my waist making me unable to move whenever its on me.

It usually feels like muscular vibrations in the lower abdomen.
Try to stop all activities and see how you feel by tomorrow.If it persists just let your gynae know.

I do no work. And I also don wanna get myself worried over what my doc said.From what I have been reading,the position the baby is doesn't seem he's trying to come down. the baby has not been felt disturbing my lower abdomen like it used to,dse past days i only feel it around my navel and his activities are kool like*mummy am doing my own stuffs over here am not troubling u* besides,I have not seen any odd discharge either. Thorpido,am doing great except I got this funny boil like stuff on my chest that I bursted and it bled for 3days,I mean serious bleeding,just a small boil like o,and I just pinch it but the amount of blood I loss was unimaginable. I went to hospital I was given antibiotics n a balm. As at now I can't tell if it's drying up or getting bigger cuz each time I mistakenly scrub it while bathing,the blood would start gushing out. I just hope it heals up quickly.

The antibiotics should take care of it.Try as much as possible not to scratch it.If you notice it is not getting better,go back to the hospital.

Hahahaha you have to bear it and take rest as often as it strikes. I think I complain on that as well previously,when I sit for a while or stand for long I feel the weight on my abdomen and my waist and cervix contracting,my doc and Thorpido both advice I rest. So each time it starts I gently take a seat in my pains wherever I may be. It's painful I know

The pimples are normal.Some have it on the chest too.The complexion can get very dark on some people too.
You should be about 7mths gone now so the weight of the baby should start to tell.
Just bear it as long as there is no abnormal pain.

Ndo.Usually as the pregnancy progresses,getting to sleep is a challenge.What you do is try to catch up on as much sleep as you can during the day.
For the cough,you should get some medication to use.You should consult your doctor for that.
The baby is growing bigger so you have more weight to carry.Not to worry,your body is capable.

i cant lie on my leftside,neither on the rightside.infact i sit-pillow sleep like an hindu worshipper.i hav turned into alarm for my husband.because sleep has bn elusive,chai..motherhood sure has its challenges,

If you can't lie on your sides,try to catch some sleep sitting.Just prop yourself up with a pillow and make sure your low back is well supported.

Hi Doc,I need some advice o. Am due but am not feeling any serious contraction and my doctor told me today that if by Tuesday nothing serious happens I will be admitted and labour will be induced. Please advice me on some home inducement I can engage in to speed up the process and meanyl my baby has been restless and moving actively in the womb. I have been having some frequent urination as well. I have phobia for hospital beds and equipments,by God's grace I will deliver soonest but to be on the safe side,please advice
