The same Ngozi that secured a debt cancellation deal for you and who insisted on saving for a rainy day from where your country was able to have the highest liquidity since independence?

You think the FG owes $18bn? You are really delusional.

The state governments in combination account for the highest share of any debt.

When Amaechi borrowed over $100million for a phantom water project nko? How about the white elephant PortHarcourt light rail project that has gulped so billions and is no where near commissioning.

How about states like Osun which have an annual income of less than 40bn but budgets over 200bn mainly sourced from banks?

I can go on and on about how the state governments account for the highest debtors and not the FG.
She did not secure anything . That was Obasanjo an initiative as future events have shown. In fact Soludo contended that she got a bad deal and was not a disinterested party to the negotiations. He outlined the TEAM involved and so it is WRONG to claim that SHE secured it.That is RUBBISH. Nigeria was in a strong position there was no hurry to pay. We could have insisted on endless VERIFICATION whilst servicing the debt. The creditors were desperate for the CASH which we could have used for infrastructure. Now we are borrowing again. We must not forget that this woman has borrowed more than any Finance Minister in our history and she as had more oil revenue than any Finance Minister in history in short more money earned and borrowed than any finance minister in our history by a margin of up to 10X what do we have to sho for it ? Where are the jobs ? Instead the exchange rate has crashed and we have already mortgaged oil that is STILL IN THE GROUND

There is a saying that goes that a man who earns £100 a year but saves only a pound is still a wise man.

Only the FG saves towards a rainy day and also to fund a budget the next year.

The state governors never saved a penny but rather are in debt.

The state governments based their budgets solely on subventions from the federal coffers. So in effect where federal revenue reduces the respective states can not fund their budgets.

Late last year the state governors besieged the federal government begging, shouting and screaming for funds from the ECA to be disbursed to them.

Which FG, the same FG that has almost finished foreign reserve saved by two government for 10years + the sovereign wealth + excess crude oil account all within 4years.

Well we can't wait for the government to come in and investage the matter.

The west keeps complaining about China's economic in road to Africa as being exploitative even though African countries haven't had it this good since China arrived the continent.

The Chinnese offered a far more better plan the all European countries combined since the onsett of the African trade in the 15th century.

The West complains because they know they can't match China's deal offer. If anything, the advent of China as an equal business partner with African nations has bolstered raw commodity prices.

In typical western styled hypocrisy, the US and Europe see nothing wrong in dealing directly with China. China remains crucial to the west as a trade partner but when it comes to African-China trade relations the west has the audacity to claim that it is disastrous and exploitative to African countries, something the west has been doing for over 500 years without a single remorse.

They have already told Buhari to devalue the naira which will make their re-entry into the Nigerian Stock and Bonds market.

They want to get more shares for their dollars.
Nigerians don't hold dollars? Who holds the greatest amount of dollars at this time if not the Chinese?

The outgoing administration was committed to increasing China investment in Nigeria.

In 2011, Nigeria ranked a distant 3rd in trade and investment with China.

South Africa topped the list followed closely by Angola.

Speaking of Angola, this was a country that fought a brutal long drawn civil war over her mineral resources because the country was pro communist. The US with the aid of CIA operatives and asserts ensured that Angola slid into civil war than have the Soviets make any in roads into Africa's largest oil reserve nation.

This is why till this day the Angolan people never trust the US.

The Goodluck Administration was leading in providing direct investments incentives to China.

With your JP Morgan puppet expect all that to end.

The west will only offer Buhari their useless dollars in loans which the likes of Tinubu will help funnel back to a designated CIA controlled account.

With all your pathetic ranting on this thread so far, not once have you shown any evidence of Buhari cancelling Chinese Investments.

I think these elections have driven a number of people crazy. Some of you really need help.

You don't need to deal in dollars but rather trade in dollars to be a slave to JP Morgan.

During the Slave Trade era, the Europeans determined the medium of exchange.

Worthless iro rods called manilas alongside mirrors and whiskey were used as a means of exchange.

The British will later ban Manila trade thereby effectively crippling the economy of the natives.

The natives where thus left with over 20 million worthless manilas. It is at this point treaties where easily coaxed and signed.

Control the means of trade and you own a country.

It is that simple.

Jonathan also incured the wrath of the west over his governments refusal to sign the wicked deal the Europeans were promoting to offload tbeir rotten goods all over west Africa. If Buhari ends up signing these deals that favour outsiders against Nigerians while shouting "your money will not miss under me", may Amadioha give him some french kisses

The west are set to re enter our market.

Nigerian bonds and shares have peaked in anticipation of influx of western liquidity.

The Nigeria currency is set to be devalued further in order to make the best of their dollars.

Obasanjo the traitor and fool of the west cancelled a Chinnese deal for railway construction after washington told him to do so.

Goodluck renegotiated the deal which has already commenced but you can bet your last dime that Buhari will cancel it just as he did the Lagos Urban rail signed by Jakande.

You think my stand against Buhari candidacy and the APC where based on political bias?

Just as you chose to ignore the message now, that is how you will be in denial when the reality of a puppet government begins to set in so it wouldn't have made any difference if you stumbled upon the several posts and threads that were put up here highlighting America's reason for backing a Buhari candidacy.

Buhari has 4 years to mess things up again.

I remember the rail contract but the issue for cancellation was that the Chinese firm were not performing.
when the contract was now renegotiate under a new firm.the results are a lot better but there are other issues that have emerged!
I don't think this govt will cancel because it has gone way ahead into completion stage!

No you don't get it.

America wants china to steer clear of Africa.

The west considers Africa as their turf. By frustrating china investments in Africa the west hopes to see China pack out once and for all.

China played a fast one on the west when they boycotted London commodity markets to secure deals directly with the resource nation.

With this talk of dumping the dollar, America and the west will be finished. It is African countries like Nigeria that still trade with the dollar that give the dollar some weight.
