Hahahahah. Pls some babies are natural "clingers". If you don't caryy them wahala if u do wahala. So just work as it suits you. Daycare centre have ways to handle clingy babies( not by allowing them cry). They have ways to distract them. *shrugs* whatever works for you sha, if u want start training your month old baby on how to adapt in creche.

is only an advice cos wen u start working and u have to take her to creche, is she d only one they wil carry for hand.

my baby liked to be carried a lot when she was a baby everyone said it was my fault, i spoilt her with hand....she started walking at 9 months and mobility came with a lot of independence, now its hard to hold her down esp now that i have weaned, i have no regrets for carrying her back then, they grow so fast

ah, they are natural clingers o! evey body child and adult have diffeernt temperaments,s some are lovey feely others just want to be left alone. a friend of mine had twins, one could always stay on her own but the other liked to be carried, same mom, same hand, same method from day one! its just the way they are. just like bfeeding, some stop on their own, others want to die there. It may feel demanding but they are only small for a short time....enjoy it..

i read up a lot when i was overwhelmed a bit with my baby and my conclusion with hindsight is you cant spoil a baby

E dey shack person. When my lo was very young, if he makes small noise, I wil rush to carry him. They warned me to let him cry a bit, I will say lai lai. Now e, that I'm alone, he doesn't allow me to drop him. He like hands,. Though, he is changing now but I suffered sha.

So, what they are saying is don't always carry her. Let her be in her cot unless she is being fed.

Tank you for the reply, but my MIL said the Oka isnt on her head but in her stomach. That will mean she will be drinking what ever my MIL brings which is the one I dont subscribe to, but I have the original palm kernel oil
