That is all good. Get a letter from the company stating that you are taking oficial leave and that you will be returning to work after your visit.
If your wife has tax returns or bank account add them to your package.

So my uncle just got back from his interview at V.I today. Here's how he told me his transcript went:
VO: Good morning
Uncle: morning
VO: have you been to the U.S before?
Uncle: yes, had my first and second degree there. Visited severally too.
VO: what are you going for now?
Uncle: just to visit my son
VO: is your son schooling in the US?
Uncle: no
VO: hands him the white paper, your visa has been approved, pick it up at this address

He said he didn't spend up to a minute during the interview but they were delays before the interview. He said most people he saw got their visas approved.

We were denied uk visa in dec 2014 however we where able to secure a german transit visa and jamaica and dubai as a family. Now we have a child and considering usa for summer vacation.
What are our chances considering the ffl:
Hubby is now self employed with steady account of salaries paid in above 600k monthly??
I used to work in a bank bt not anymore, jst a few biznesses and im considering applying as homemaker bcz i dont av well organized income!
Our child is 3!
Hubby is fully sponsoring the trip!
We are heading to miami but i filled in dt i have a sister in Newyork

If your hubby can afford It then the most important thing is to be able to answer questions correctly at the interview. Remember to acknowledge previous visa refusals if asked.
