Sex will not hurt the baby and in fact the womb is designed to protect the baby from abrupt actions. You can try any positions and skills you want. The reason for the sex surge is her hormones is increasing for the baby and her arousal zones are heightened.

Make sure you are not having sex outside the home for safety reasons.

I have a sister like that,her husband do complain of her sex drive whenever she is pregnant that Ts always high....some women r like that&they wuld love having it till the baby comes out....so MR.just try to have ur strength renewed for the sake of this period grin

Let me break down for ya.
Well its safe to play during the first and second trimester ( trimester = 3 months) cos the baby is well protected in the uterus.
some women has a heighten libido through the pregnancy, while others find they are less interested in s*x but this varies on how they feel both physically and emotionally So pay attentive attention to her attentively.
If after the second trimester your wife feels dizzy and nauseous while lying flat on her back, then position is necessary for comfort at this stage cos of the weight of the baby pressing on the blood vesicles.
But IF your wife has a history of a miscarriage or having complications of pregnancy such as pre-term labour or bleeding then it's RESTRICTED to have intercourse at this stage and seek a midwife to know wether or not she's good for sex. ELSE you are good to go and don't stop until she gets enough if your wife is physically fit/ healthy then you have no cause to worry.
I hope you and other wifey on this forum may find this post useful.
And one more thing make sure your wife eats a well balanced food for the well being of the baby. She to eat blood given vegetables like Ugu
