1.Minato Namikaze-one of d fastest ninja, d ninja who can make seals with one hand, its not easy man.
2.Akagami shanks- any1 dat can make dat useless akainu melo like dat has my respect man. Oda even said dat with conquerors haki alone he cud hv taken out 100000 of those guys plus hordi and his group in fish man island.
3.Aizen sosuke-This guy is one of d baddest, coolest, powerful, strategic, analytical, deceptive character I hv seen in an anime.The way he took those captains down man is something else.He is really something else.
4. Konan- personally I dont really like dat one ability type buh shes good man.
5.Tobirama Senju- Man dis guy is smart, intelligent and d creator of so many badass techniques nd formation.
6.Takanome mihawk-I love d way dat feature (hawk eye) is pronounced with his name.

Everyone is right, but I had to think more on the Admiral issue, and I finally agree on the fact that luffy is not yet on admiral level. At the start of the series, luffy wasn't any stronger than the current Chopper, he kicks ass, but he was just there. But over time and adventures ( especially at water 7/ denies lobby) we saw two new gears, his tenacity was tested against Enel, and his endurance/strong will was tested against Lucci.
At Sabaody Achipelago, he finally knew his Limits ( almost knew it at thriller bark, but cheated with Nightmare Luffy ).

Time skip. Let's just start afresh and follow the trend, midway through the new world he'll develop well and be stronger. Kaido no be walk over. but he won't meet kaido yet...
He'll surely get to admiral level someday, with experience battling monster level pirates in the new world.

I think this sums it all.Some people mentioned some female characters.I had Envy(FMA:Brotherhood)-Yea,she's female to me and Revy (Black Lagoon) in my list 'cuz i found their characters more interesting than the other female characters from the anime i've watched so far.

I very much like Tsunade-sama(NS) ,Boa Hancock(One Piece), Mira Armstrong & Riza Hawkeye (FMA:Brotherhood) and Kagura (Gintama).But it depends on how you rate them.

Sanji hasn't really shown us much after time skip. . ,just Hell's memories and Moon Walk are spectacular.I'm sure he would have picked some fighting style from Ivankov. . .and some other kicking techniques from CP9.

It would be interesting if he had Armament Haki.If he had developed it,he would have made use of it in his fights with Vergo and Doffy.

Robin's battles are more of supporting role.I'm very okay with her Devil fruit powers,they are important in some unforeseen circumstances.If Oda was to give Each Mugiwara a fight of their own against opponents,then we should be expecting One Piece chapters to run upto 2000.

1. Uchiha Itachi (Naruto) - Much as I'ld lyk to leave d bandwagon and call someone else, it doesn't get cooler dan dis guy as long as Naruto is concerned. Cool under pressure, tactical and intelligent. Oh, and dude got swag.

2. Kuchiki Byakuya (Bleach) - Senbonzakura Kageyoshi should be enough reason to sum up how cool this shinigami is. But he's also practical, serious-minded and dedicated.

3. Juraquille "Hawkeye" Mihawk (One Piece) - Just like Byakuya, Mihawk's eyes are enuf to set him on a personal level of cool. (My chic watches his scenes bcoz of his eyes. I'm gettin jealous). He's also one super swordsman. Need more proof,
Krieg's men : Why did U destroy our ship?
Mihawk : To kill time

4. Riza Hawkeye (Full Metal Alchemist) : Attention, badass coming thru. Riza is as cool as they come. Serious-minded wit a no-nonsense attitude but also a compassionate person. (I lyk my gurls sensitive). Unlike most weeping wimps, here's d kind of comment U'ld get 4rm Riza,
" Yeah, I shot him in the head but he didn't seem to mind"

5. Death The Kid (Soul Eater) : Calm and collected under most situations, Death is one cool kid I really lyk in dis anime, up to his compulsive orderliness issue.

6. Shihoin Yoruichi (Bleach) : Just luv this woman. That's all.

Smoker has improved on his own everyone is belittling him because Vergo and Doffy messed him up easily.When Luffy & Law beats Doffy,he will sit up.

Oh well . . .It's not as if they will ever fight.Boa will melt before laying a hand on luffy ;DI know she's pretty strong on her own and i'm sure she has improved over the timeskip.She's the Pirate empress after all. . .can't wait to see her again.I'm curious to see Sanji's reaction and Boa's reaction when she sees Nami and Robin

Hey is how it will go; from now, Friday 2:30pm till 2:30pm Sunday (2 days from today the 1st of May 2015) everyone will nominate six characters from any anime and give a brief info (if you choose) of the character if you feel it would not be well known by the house.

From then on the Moderator will collate the nominees and create a shortlist of those that qualify based on votes. After that, the Mod will choose a certain time to begin the voting proper where each hour a character will be voted to be killed off by the house. Ideally it should be on a Sunday and Nepa should cooperate!!

I am all for being a mod but honestly I think there are better motivated persons like Frankloon, TopsyKrete and NLinfo that can handle this better.

You shouldn't underestimate Vergo,he's been a badass since Law was a Kid.I think people don't Vergo as a strong Character.He would have easily finished Law ,he just wanted to play with him and watch him suffer.I feel he's the strongest executive. . .that's why he handled the secret missions of Doffy.

Vice-Admiral are still very far from Admirals.
I feel Smoker-san progressed to a VA because of the World Government.Under normal circumstaces.he should have still been a captain based @ Loguetown.He was promoted to Vice Admiral because the WG wanted to cover it's tracks based on what happened at Arabasta. . .and also because of his close relationship with Aokiji(IMO)

If two Admirals were recruited through World Military draft,then it implies being an Admiral isn't by promotion but fighting ability and skills.Just like Sentomaru got promoted to being a Marine officer.

They are still some strong VA: Momonga,the Tiger man etc

I think we have a lot of suprises awaiting us in the new world.Oda will pitch battles with these characters but i hope they aren't short like Blackbeard vs Ace.

generally I think wen people see abilities like ace's own nd he does somethings people think dats stong.
Apart frm beating luffy in those days nd in a stalemate with jinbei wat did ace do other dan blast small pirates with not so big ships. I agree he may hv passed former shichibukai's like croc or moria buh guys like mihawk, kuma, doffy nah man.
He was defeated within minutes by BB none of those shichibukai's wud hv gone down like dat at all, he didn't even last much with akainu anyway its just like z said so many devil fruit users rely too much on their ability.Wat ace has is his volatile ability.

There are so many OP characters dat I believe shud hv died after taken serious injuries yet dey dont even d one u mentioned.

I saw these since yesterday @ my no 1 favourite Onepiss site~where 'm also a memba (before any chapta cu.mz out, I first see them on the Spoilers section many/few hourz before it's official release).....fufufufufu...lucky us....

Quick Summary


- Birdcage continues shrinking, the people of
Dressrosa are in despair.

- Devil Fruit users like Luffy are merely
beginners, Devil Fruits have a level of
'awakening' (Crocodile mentioned this in Impel
Down). When a Devil Fruit is awakened, the
user is able to let the objects around them
have the same ability.

- Doffy turns objects around him into strings,
Luffy is surprised at this.

- Doffy uses a powerful technique on Luffy.

- Scene changed. Riku is trying to raise the spirit
of the citizens and people on Dressrosa, to not
give up and hang on.

- Everyone hopes Luffy can defeat Doffy.

- Times running out, Luffy is about to use a
technique to bring everything to an end.

- Luffy uses 'Kamehameha' pose and shouts out
the name of that technique... " Lion Bazooka"



Doffy: "I'll show you. My "awakening!"
Doflamingo's strings "awaken."
The surrounding people turn into strings (?)
and attack Luffy
