The key thing here is to find what you enjoy doing the most. That way, it won't feel like work. Even then, it can quickly become boring if you do the exact same exercises day in and day out, and that's why it's good to mix them up from time to time...and surprise your body.

As per working out for long hours, I don't do them all at once. I spread them out over the course of the day, especially on weekdays. Weekends and bank holidays are different. Also, I guess for me, I'm building on stamina and endurance. Strength training will come in later.

Yeah, didn't go outside today 'cos of the rain.

But I did three of Scola Dondo's Afro dance workouts for an intensive 1hr. Got me sweating like kilodey. I read a comment from someone that after incorporating the workout video's 3 times a day, she went from 75kg to 55kg. Men! that's some serious weight loss. If she can do it, I see no reason why Efe can't. cheesy cheesy

It certainly isn't easy when you get to a certain stage as your body's metabolism slows down. Now this is me trying to be a good girl at lunch time...

One slice of wholemeal brown bread with lettuce, (drained) tuna chunks in brine (as opposed to sunflower oil), cucumbers, an orange and half a litre of water. cool

Sambarry, most of the time, we aren't really as hungry as we think we are. It's good to keep busy. Helps take your mind off food and food cravings. smiley

Indomie: Processed meal with preservatives and high sodium (salt) content. I hope when preparing it, you added the Indomie spices to the water as it cooked, and not after? undecided

Was it deep fried in oil? And two pieces is way too much na. Haba! Will you be able to stand up after eating all of that? cheesy cheesy

Fruit and vegetable smoothies .
my lunch is proper. Though I still eat my salads before the meal. I guess these few days I have been on high vegetable diet.

I do think roast beef is healthy. At least healthier than the non roast type.

I introduced hubby to fruits with banana,apple and pinapple smoothie.
That day, all fingers were crossed.
He threw up small and no rushing to hospital.
Meeehn,i let out a heavy sigh.

I normally want it thick cos I give smallie too.
It just remind me of icecream.
Anytime I have d urge,i will combine these three and there I go.

No na cheesy I added the condiments INMEDIATELY after I put the indomie on fire. As per office work na 9-5pm and I'm always sitting for those long hours. When quarter to 5 reach I prepare to go back home meanwhile I don't have the time to eat at work so I only end up eating breakfast and supper in large quantity to make up for the lunchy I always miss smiley

So far everybody loves it
People visit sometimes cos they wanna eat onugbu or ora with dry meat.
I usually combine drymeat,dry fish and stockfish.

Hubby's paddy from Isoko said I should look for igbo wife for him cheesy

Anytime he is coming,he will make sure he is very hungry. There must be local food in d house somewhere cheesy
