Lol! Not really oh. They do like their yam, boiled plantains, and fish pepper soup served with palm oil, beans porridge & fried plantains, fried yam & stew, jollof /white rice & stew with vegs, moi-moi, and even Eba / pounded yam with Egusi, Ogbolo, Banga soup, all of which I've posted here...although I've got to admit the kids aren't keen on swallows.

Okay, it was hard getting proper shots with the ever changing morning light, but here goes...

~ Hash browns
~ scrambled eggs

~ Agege bread

Drinks: Hot chocolate, and orange juice for the little one

Fruits: Golden melon chops, green grapes, and a plum...all in a bid to hit our healthy 5-a-day.

Two spoons (medium) of palm oil,fry onions,crayfish,okro for less than 5 min,then add water, fish and shrimps with fresh tomatoes and your seasonings.Cook for 10 min,add vegetable for 2 min then remove.While cooking don't over up entirely,leave room for the steam to come out,it leaves the green color of the okro and vegetables.

very sweet kind of yam. So white like snow white. I think the Tiv only farm that variety. You have to eat it to really understand. I don't know why no one in that area isn't doing importation.
