Please answer these questions, so as to have a lead on what's wrong. . .
• Is your headset usually plugged in when this happens?
• Have you experienced any other automatic operations on your device, such as, scrolling down of the notification bar automatically, automatic exit from an app, etc
• What exactly happened before you started noticing this fault?

Alright cheif . . .
Let's be sure that the fault is not from the touch pad.
Navigate through settings and activate the "vibrate on touch option".
Then be very observant to know if the phone vibrates whenever it operates itself automatically. . .
Pls let me know wah the outcome is when you've tried it.

Engineers pls help me out. I use a gionee P4.

I kept my phone inside some wet grass only to discover its not switching on. I tried a lot like charging it, super pressing and trying to factory reset, nothing worked. There's a new small crack on the digital screen I'm just noticing on it.

Pls what do I do next? What might be the fault? I'm half dead already.

My Elephone G5 (Android 4.4.2) went bonkers yesterday. It’s been giving minor signs for about two weeks but yesterday it went over the edge. It opens, closes or clicks on any app, widget or any icon at the top of the page. For example it clicks open the photo of any whatsapp contact at the uppermost part of the page, it also continuously pinch zooms in and out of my phones home page or any webpage I’m on. It constantly closes the keyboard so I had to type this on my laptop.
Initially I thought I had a virus so I scanned with kaspersky and got an adware alert which I deleted but that changed nothing. I then uninstalled the launcher and the last two apps I had installed. No difference; so I did a factory reset and it was calm for a bit but within 20 mins it started all over again.
If I leave the phone alone it gradually dies down but within a few minutes of use the madness starts up slowly again. I have noticed that it gets worse when I am charging the phone with charger so I stick to the USB port on my laptop.

Pls can any guru help

Thanks

Okay. But still watch out for it. There's every possibility that it went on a summer vacation. When it comes back in full force, you go nearly throway your phone. When you notice such symptoms again. Don't hesitate yo contact me or an engineer.

You're very welcome.

I can't play songs on my lenovo android, someone pls help.
The problem started when I clicked on settings-Apps-then cleaned up some caches to free space.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled several music apps to no avail.. Initially, my gallery wasn't working at all, and I couldn't view my pictures so I uninstalled the default gallery and installed Quickpix from Playstore. Now, the music and video players have gone bonkers. No music file showing on google Playmusic at all though I have more than 500 songs on my SD card.

HELP!!

Cc Semid4lyfe, dragnet, puskin, MaxGraviton, anybody.

You cleared cache on all apps or just on some?? (pls mention the apps if possible)

I think you have a faulty touch pad. Try to contact a good phone engineer around you.

The fault should be from the charging port.
