You can,provided you have all your documents and money in place. Last year, some1 applied for pre-enrolment, legalization and visa same day.

Yes, you can. You can even apply for DOV before Pre-enrolment but you'll have to confirm this with the Embassy concerned

You don't need to legalize your passport now. They know its your identity

You just come here and ask questions that are not really relevant.
If you're born in the early 90's, I guess you don't need to get NPC.
Note: Every details they provide to you at the embassy supercedes what you get here.

Do you really think that anybody will be willing to pay US$1,395 for TESOL Certification course?

That figure does not include accommodation, visa or transport fees, accommodation alone is $550

The scam is so dump that anybody that got taken in deserves prison sentence.

TESOL Certification course can be done in Nigeria and Italy is not an English speaking country.

This is like you traveling from Lagos to Kano to learn how to speak Yuroba and pay half a million naira for that.

I'm only using the program as an avenue to secure teaching job besides the program is just to learn their native language and also to test your teaching skills.

Where am having problem is the area of securing visa through them.

Yes, the embassy will accept your application. I don't know about the embassy you plan to register at but the embassy here has dates at which students can come register. But as ojobiyi has just mentioned, I think you have to book.
