This Article does not make sense. Just words, no fact
Why don't we all just write and make money? at least everyone would be rich.

Nice one,Truckpusher.People are scared of taking risk not knowing they will soon turn to risk to be taken by someone.
No risk, no gain - Risk it all with all your strength you'd be amazed on how much you'll accomplish.

The people you're working for took risk at some point.

You can be an employee and employer at the same time but note that everybody can't be an employer. Is just not possible

Thousands graduate from tertiary institutions without having a clue as to where or what to do next.
A Graduate Engineer who does not know what professional courses or volunteer jobs to take and in what industry.

A Graduate Chemist, Biochemist, Microbiologist, Lab Technician etc, who has no clue what GMP, GLP, QA/QC, ASNT/NDT etc. truly entails.

Talk about a social or management scientist who cannot vision where he or she will be in 5 years.

A young second class upper graduate who wants to work in the FMCG, Oil and gas, Consulting, Banking or other industries, but he/she has no clue what the next line of action should be.

Thousands of second class upper graduates write tests, attend interviews and assessment centers. So many pass tests, but fail interviews.
So many pass both tests and interviews but have refused to progress on the job.
So many are under employed.

Consider, within these thousands, there are a few hundreds who change jobs easily. Without knowing any insider, they get the best jobs and continue increasing their portfolio.

How do these guys do it?
What are they doing that you are not doing?

You're right but this mentality is solely reserved for those that has accepted to be answering 'sir' all their life.

I hate being dominated by another man - He dictates your life, your expectation and how far you can go.

We don't seem to see opportunities even when they abound all around us, fear of the unknown is what besets us, the closer opportunity gets, the vague it becomes...true financial freedom comes from entrepreneurship...even if you earn 5m a month, entrepreneurship can give you that money in a day...

It's not everybody that has the capability to advantage of their system to become their own master - They are just contented with what they have achieved and you can't blame them, but for those that have what it takes to push further my advice to them is to push without looking back ,they will always shift boundaries and create a new landmark .

I worked in a Bank and I resigned about 2 years ago to start my own business

I thank God for the journey thus far even though its not been easy! However, I strongly believe that when I cross this point, Every will be alright.

Inspite of the fact that things are rough with me now, what keeps me going is a mental picture which I always have that one day, I will be the Boss I have always dreamt of becoming. So you out there reading this, there is nonthing like been on your own, its just determination.its will be rough no doubt but when you break out of the shell, you'll definetly be fine.
May God be with us All.

The road to stardom isn't always littered with gold but thorns that will rip off the old skin you have always had on and leave you with another skin that can't be bought or sold. That is wisdom and knowledge that comes with experience - You can't buy it.

March on......They will hear your name.

Start risking it with your money and see how you feel and carry yourself when it is not working on your own terms.

The truth is that you've got to apply wisdom before you finally sack your boss - Always plan on how to sack your boss.

Another one in these endless series of articles that derides paid employment and exhorts everyone to be an entrepreneur.
As if entrepreneurs don't need employees.

Sometimes you need to clearly define a timeline for the people around you to fix themselves up and tell them that you're about to define yourself in the next five or more years and they shouldn't expect anything from you.

Be firm about it - It's your dream and not theirs.

Don't live for your siblings and relations, be a bit selfish, greedy and at the same time hungry for glory even as you might appear to be insensitive to the plight of the people around you.You need to make that decision because if you don't make it now and you sink you'll sink alone.`
