Those who don't understand simple management and administration have been crying for ministers forgetting that it is no longer business as usual. Those who left govt with skeletons in their cupboards started sponsoring all manners of media write ups to discredit the govt.
The process of debriefing has started, time to reconcile handover notes with actual reality on ground instead of the rush which they have been calling for just to close up those loopholes that will become evident.
I bet you that discrepancies will be discovered between the handover notes and what the permanent secretaries will present.
However it how's, it is a good sign that PMB surely knows what he is doing and fully in charge.

So what has NEC meeting got to do with debriefing. Didnt you read the aim of the debriefing? To save u time, it was to ascertain if what is on the handover note is what is on ground. And they ve heard NEC meeting, so why debriefing now? And this is done after more than 1month of handing over.

I am not talking about appointing ministers. I am talking about debriefing. That's the first thing u do before appointing ministers.

If we re just starting debriefing now, then expect appointment of ministers by ending of July or August.
