David did not ascend there.....understand me.
That i said that david went to heaven......his name was in the list of the people that will ascend. And nothing will stop him from ascending.....he fulfiled the principle that will take him to heaven.
Presently, david with all the old testament and new testament saints are in Abraham bosom waiting for rapture......so they made heaven(understand that).

For the issues of babies. I cannot say about it cox i dont know it. I have not receive a revelational understanding on it.
