I suggest you fill an appeal form first andexplain that it was nnot intentional and wait for them to decide instead of to be reapplying

I wasnt banned ooo. I clicked on ma ads and they stop serving me ads. ma google ads account is still active. Its just dat am always geting a disapproval mail after 2nd review

NO, in any event like clicking on your ads, they themselves advise that you should make an appeal instead of to reapply, if they are satisfied that it was not intentional or first time, they might restore the account

it sounds like that adsense account is hosted => non-hosted. if not Uhmmm you need to check your ads n see if ders any notification in ur adsense account. adsense wont just stop serving ads without a reason. if you are banned you will not av access to ur account but it sounds like you r only suspended for d tym been due to der latest policy.
