My playstore is not downloading showing insufficient space, I've clear the cache and data for the playstore also there's like 4gb left on my storage. Any solution?

The storage for installing apps and the storage for files(eg music, etc) are not the same.
To check how much app storage you have, go to Settings>App On the bottom of the screen you'll see a bar showing you all the app storage you have left. Try uninstalling apps you dont use, or redundant apps(apps that perform the same operation)
Cheers.

I'm thinking of downloading an antivirus for my device. Someone said its not necessary cos it'll take a lot of my memory space. What do u guys think?

Try removing the account from the phone and add it back.
If still shows incorrect username/password, check your login details, start your username with a small letter, and then input your password taking note of the fact that they are case sensitive.
You can try starting your password with both a capital letter and a small letter, and see which one is correct. Pls I'll need a feedback.
I have done dat but d problem persist. I think may b i should try login via computer to verify problem. My opinion®

It's unnecessary; Android does not need an antivirus
Just be careful of what you download.
Cheers.

You can't root with those ...your device is not MTK.. Its gonna be really hard just like Samsung's qualcomm

A factory reset would fix this...consider doing it

Try to factory reset from recovery.
Turn the phone off, hold Power button and the volume down(or is it up?) button.
You'll be taken to recovery mode, (you'll see an Android lying on its back like its in surgery) from there you can factory reset.
(This wipes your data)
Good luck.

If power + volume up takes you to a Chinese language recovery, try power + volume down.
It doesn't take up to 5 minutes.
And it should work while it's Charging.
