Injuries are bound to happen in football. It is part of the risk every player and manager anticipates but prays not to happen. Tell me which world class DM out there is ready to sit on the bench for us, hoping and praying that Le Coq gets injured before he can feature for Arsenal? Wenger has said even Chambers can play in the DM position. Wilshere plays the DM for the England national team. Two seasons again, Arteta was very instrumental in the DM role. Even Rosicky can play in that position.

Were you expecting that Wenger would purchase a Vidal and bench Le Coq, or bench Le Coq to play Vidal?

Good game. Nice way to warm up for next Sunday's Charity Cup game. Impressed with the little I saw of Reine Adelaide. I'll watch out for him in the youth team. The guy looks like someone who won't stay too long in the reserves.

Man of the match for me would be between Ozil and Ramsey, since the bulk of the goals and the victory by extension was earned from the first half, Ozil made some incisive runs inside the box and had some deft touches, don't forget he also assisted 2 goals, he looked happy and relaxed, there is absolutely no question about his ability.

Ramsey was disciplined playing alongside LeCoq, he controlled the midfield with quick passes that increased the fluidity of the attack.

Overall good performance.
