U dumbarzzz forgot he was a soldier and defending his country. It was his call of duty. U act as if the killing was one sided. There were casualties on both sides.

dont mind them...civilians never understood the minds of warriors....

thats why they will never understand buhari, defending his own against international-global-devils............

a call of duty to slaughter unarmed men and boys who came out to show support for the one Nigeria murtala mohammed was fighting for, so that they stop the incessant killings the Nigerian troops were carrying out the previous day.

Asaba Men and Boys were killed because they are Igbos.

Story....... U need a history book. While the Nigerian troops should be blamed and the biafra soldiers exonerated of blame is what I don't get.

I am not aware of any official documentation of massacres carried out by Biafrans in Benin. However if it really happened, then Col. Banjo should be held responsible, afterall he was the commander of that force

Yes, Col. Banjo was the commander albeit on behalf of Biafra. The same Banjo was execute by Ojukwu alongside Ifeajuna for the offense of conspiracy.

The butcher of Asaba!!! Killer of women and children!!! RIP BS Dimka God will surely reward you for bringing this war criminal to justice

That is what war is called. Soldiers are trainned to kill and destroy. Civilian can cry foul, but if military records were checked, I bet they will refer him as a fine officer, cos he put into practice what he was trained to do. If Biafra soldiers were able to enter and take charge in Nigerian territory, they would have done same.

War is war, war does what it does best, which is killing both guilty and innocent, young and old, male and female, even children are not spared. The wise and kind of men dont shout and call for war, only the greedy and wicked calls for it.

I pray those calling for Biafra will learn a lesson and seek what they desire through a peacefull means.

I pray war will never be our portion in Nigeria, Oduduwa, Arewa, Biafra or whatever you chose to call this country. Amen.

Nna don't deceive Nigerians.
The Wikipedia story was told by a se apologists.
Truth is the biafran soldiers blew the bridge and ran to asaba to hide in civilians houses, most even took off there cloths and pretended to be civilish.
What do you expect?Of course, the Nigerian constitution for a sessionist was invoked on them.

You try that shiit again, you get the same treatment

Ewu mmmeee... Why would you know the truth and still choose to lie? Stop being a fool, man.
Biafran soldiers changed into civilian clothes, and that's how the genocide commenced?
Man, if you go on like this, it won't be too long before your children see how idiotic you are.
i bu ezigbo mumu, Ewu!

The so called victory of Biafra soldiers for capturing Benin was led by a Yoruba man, I wonder where the so called bravery of the Igbos came to be. The capture of Ibadan would have succeeded had Ojukwu and Banjo not argued over who to make Governor of mid-west region. Banjo was against the appointment Igbo governor over non Igbo people. While Ojukwu the tribalist went ahead to appoint Okonkwo a mere Igbo medical officer Governor over non Igbo tribe. The fact remains that some Yoruba officers that did not believe in one Nigeria though few fought led the command of Biafran soldiers and of which without them the war wouldn't have lasted 3days . Ojukwu messed up the deal with Genera Banko by appointing an Igbo officer Governor over mid-west.
