This isn't about rating an app on android or iOS, this is about a company manned by competent individuals. I have exhausted all avenues, communicated with customer care, gotten explanation and even returned an order through them. They are reliable, the cheapest in the market and packaging is top notch and delivery speed is in line with what Nigerian system will allow them to be, funnily, I got my orders from United States, before Amazon could received my returned order. I collected my order #67785 from the office in Banana close in minutes. To me that is a big improvement on what I have experienced with other shippers. I am not tempted to look elsewhere. the tiniest screws as small as a pin head isn't found missing in my shipment. To me that is attention to the smallest details, truly, we have a company of international repute. We have Shoptomydoor!

I have been a great customer at SHOPTOMYDOOR, But am Badly Treated!.

I was completely over charged, and Please Do something about it Urgently!

All my orders were received even 2 days earlier than scheduled.
Since my orders were coming from UK, SHOPTOMYDOOR doesn't consolidate my orders and will based the weight on the individual volume weight of each item which is most of the time heavier that the actual weight since the items always comes with some protective stuff.

Just received my package Order Number:67240 and I must say its quite a break from the norm. Shoptomydoor provides not only timely package delivery but also Quality Assurance on all products receive. Such attribute is what can bring about not only repeat business with the platform but also referrals to potential clients.
Nothing is always a 100% as there is room for improvement for better service delivery. But on a scale of 1-10, I would give 9.

Ive been using shoptomydoor (formerly aascargo) for several years now. I picked up my latest package this morning order no: 68896. I’ve saved thousands of naira using shoptomydoor. I’ve never had a reason to loose sleep. I’ve shipped goods worth millions with shoptomydoor and I’ve never had any case of damage or lost shipment. ill recommend the anyday anytime.

Don't allow negative people, talk you out from joining the winning team. When I first wanted to ship down from the U.S to Nigeria, I made research and got so many negative results, things like outrageous charges and so on. I didn't mind those answer. I followed my heart and today, I can testify that all those negative talks are lies, just to tarnish the image of this good company. Nobody referred me to shoptomydoor. Their advert popped up on my facebook wall. Place your shipments, go home and sleep with your two eyes closed, while they come and wake you up with your parcel. THEY ARE REAL! I truly appreciate your customer care, they are the best. Sometimes when I get to speak with them and see how patience they are, I begin to imagine, if they are human or programmed machines. after my first order , I observed that shipments that weighed say 2 pounds at point of purchase becomes 5 pounds when it gets to Shoptomydoor. The same exact item that weighed 2 pounds in my first purchase with Shoptomydoor , which tallied with the weight from the site I purchased it, became 4 pounds when it got to Shoptomydoor the second time. And it has always been like that. Wonder why Nigerians are not straight forward. I think they do this to get more money from customers, but it's really not nice.

Order #66843 was initially part of another delivery but it contained an item that was under the "Harzadous material" category so it had to be shipped separately for safety reasons.
I am most happy with the way the item, which is liquid, was packaged for shipment. It arrived without any damage and no spillage, yay!
Another thing I must note here is that the special shipping charges for such items is usually split with other persons shipping orders of hazardous materials, this reduces cost for individual, since they get shipped together: thus you can ship just one bottle of perfume e.t.c. and not have to pay the whole shipping charges alone. This I am very pleased with.
I guess the major benefit of shipping with Shoptomydoor is "Cost Effectiveness". I am a crafter and this helps me reduce costs for my customers!!!

My Order #68744 has quite an interesting story.
First of all I could not locate it for some time and contacted Shoptomydoor.com on that. They went ahead to search for it and I was given a refund for both the cost of the items as well as the shipping fees. So I was quite happy when the items got found and sent to me!
I have of course gone ahead to make a re-refund of the funds sent to me and I am very pleased that all turned out well in the end.
Items are usually neatly packed such that there is maximum use of space, thus reducing shipping cost by reducing size of package, and also protective materials to reduce the effect of any impact while in transit. So your items come undamaged and intact!
I guess Shoptomydoor is quite responsible and strive for customer satisfaction.

The actual versus chargeable weight is programmed into the system and its based on the same formula used by all shipping companies. Chargable Weight = L x W x H /139 which of course is the same with other major shippers. You can google dimensional weight to see this. Also note that when packaging your items, boxes are used and this might cause a slight difference. So the final packaged weight may differ slightly from weights you see online. To combat this and to be sure customers know the actual shipping cost even before shopping, we have the "Item Quote Tool" online that enable you to enter the actual item and a shipping cost is displayed. For these, if there is any difference, we guarantee not to charge you more than the quote shows.
