Ok!! Sorry about that, I'm on windows 8.1

I chose the no proxy on mozilla and I can now browse with it.

About the creation of a new profile, I tried it but didn't see any create a new user with administrator rights options, How do I do it??
Thanks for the response smiley smiley
im glad you specified your os as windows 8...creating a new user profile is quite different from the one i described earlier(windows 7) but the expert way remains the same on both so i suggest you read carefully..
1..just type CompMgmtLauncher in your search box and press enter
2.when it finds it...just click on run command or press enter
3..a new page would open "computer management",on the left pane, click on "local users and groups" to dropdown the submenu
4..click on "users" the check on the right pane to list all the available users on your system starting with administrator to your account..
5..right click 0n any free space on the right pane and select new user
6 type a new user name..(it should be different from the one u presently use) and password(optional)
7..uncheck the box "user must change password at next logon" to unlock the greyed options
8..now check the box "password never expires"
9..click on "create" then close..u would now see the new username name with the previous list.
10. right click on the new user name and click on "properties"
we now want to assign administrator rights to the new user created:
11..click on "member of"..u would see a list of the current groups it currently belongs to(homeusers, users)
12.select each one and remove till u have a blank list..then click on "add" and a new window would pop up
13..on the new window, click on "advanced" and a new window(select groups) would popup as well
14..click on "find now" and all the available groups would appear below..look for "administartors" and select and press ok 3times..
now u have created a new profile which u can logon to immediately or on ur next restart
i actually made a video tutorial of this but i couldnt attach it(i dont know why)..its just 1.45mb
i hope the moderators can look into the problem and allow it for effective training purposes..
u can send me ur email if u still need it

Hello house!

Nice work yall doin here! Anyways my problem isn't really a big problem like that, it has to do with the system memory. I deleted over 100gb of stuffs on my system recently to increase the space I got on my system.my c drive seems to have more space now but my recovery drive seems to be the same way it was before I deleted those files. Please is this normal?

your recovery drive is read only so u cant delete the contents except u format it ...all the files needed to restore your system back to factory mode are on it so i suggest u leave it like that..
i also suggest u get an external storage if u need additional space...

there are many types of dvd disc in the formats DVD-R,DVD-RW,DVD-R DL,DVD ROM,DVD-RAM
its only the DW,RAM formats that can be erased and re-written....so check what format you are referring to

So you are saying it is normal? For my recovery drive to still be the same after deleting so many files and also I forgot to add unintalled some programs? I thought it was also to increase as the c drive increases...mmm strange fact
What if I back up what I got on the recovery drive on an external storage device and then format the recovery drive in what way would it affect my system?

Noisy fan is usually associated with a faulty hardware. Does the system boot to start menu?

I have come across such a problem before. This was my solution, hope it works for you;
Unplug power cord and take out the battery.
Then hold down the Power on button for approx 30 secs.
Once done replace the battery and power cord and start up
as normal. The problem should now be solved.

it wont make any sense...the same storage is wat u can use personally...there are many advantages to have a pre-installed recovery....in 2006,wen i first got my dv 1000 laptop..i was thinking just like this...infact i dint only want to remove the recovery,i wanted to downgrade from vista to xp(i was so sued to xp then) so i formatted the whole system hoping to install xp the real problem started..the system wont allow me use our comp village software.....it took 8months before an hp official online told me to go to bios to disable the sata native mode...and everytin worked just fine.....it led me to a new procedure slip-streamin xp cd and nlite...
for u..it saves u the cost of meeting a software engineer to help u reformat for 3-4k..wit the recovery, its just automated till the end
2...back then,u are allowed to make recovery cd sets just once off that partition else u wld buy it online
no matter the size u attain after formatting,u will definitely need an external storage as even an off-site backup of ur data(if something were to happen to u system,u will be guaranteed u have a copy somwer else )

except its a home made dvd(dvd u created urself)all common dvd movies are dvd-r as dvd rw wld be expensive and i bet consumers wont buy more than they always buy...so what ur asking is impossible....i suggest u get a blank dvd-rw or dvd-rw dl(double layer) to achieve what u want..
besides writing xbox iso to dvd occasionally,i cant recall what a cd or dvd still stands for?ordinary memory cards now are even 32-64 gb(talkless hdd)as compared to dvd of highest 8gb..
