Was the payment done on aliexpress platform or 3rd party?

A friend of mine ordered for some jewelries on aliexpress last week Monday, most of the tracking number he received was not that of china post(more like numbers alone of which the goods were meant to be sent through china post), when he contacted the sellers of the jewelries some said the goods he purchase was under 10dolls so it cannot be tracked but the goods has been sent. Pls has anyone experience this before or is he about to be duped? Your reply will be appreciated

lol I dnt tink he has been duped just that it was sent through unregistered post so you can't track it... I have collected some goods via unregistered post before when it comes your post will call you or you check you post time to time also try tracking with yanwen since you said it's all numbers

Just fill in your credit/debit card details,the equivalent amount will be deduct from your local bank account and kept with aliexpress untill you receive your goods and complete the payment . Dont use western union and wire transfer for safety purpose.

you can click on the ORDER NOW and a provision will be made where you can fill your information. after which they will provide a page that you need to fill using your card details. fill it and they will notify your seller.

What error message are you getting while trying to make the payment? I guess it's because you perhaps don't have a MasterCard SecureCode yet.

GTbank don't charge 5% of the money one is payment. I suppose you meant the 5% alipay/escrow fee.

The seller has no control over an item once it is on transit, hence, the seller can't speed up the delivery process. He lied.

I suspect the seller was only trying to play safe since it's against Aliexpress policy to ship goods within China.

Track the item, check your order history for the item and check its details, you'll see a site to track it there, alternatively, search for CH Post site on google and track it.

If the item does not contain battery, be expecting it in 2 to 3weeks time.
I always use free shipping option for light weight items and I do receive them within two weeks. There are some that I have received within 10days
