The hilarious thing is that the Accountant-General does not say that TSA has boosted revenues but that it will. Not surprising as it is yet to be implemented to my knowledge. The headline is not supported by the actual comments attributed to Alhaji Idris.

Let's analyze Ngeneukwenu's thread from the topic perspective in relation to TSA.

April, 2015
VAT = N75.1bn
Exchange Rate Gains = N24.7 billion

August, 2015

Really

So why are the SCAMMERS in the winchious assembly called APC still complaining instead of delivering on their campaign promises?

Joenyam:

Jonathan, Reason We Can't Give School Kids Free Meal Or Pay N5,000 Monthly- APC

The All Progressives Congress, APC has blamed former President Goodluck Jonathan for the party's inability to fulfill its campaign promises.
In a Sunday statement issued by APC National Publicity secretary, the party said if Jonathan had not looted funds, it would have been able to do more than basically fulfilling its campaign promise.

''They say we are yet to fulfil our campaign promises to Nigeria, but they have forgotten that if only the PDP/Jonathan Administration had not stolen Nigeria blind, there would have been more than enough money to give school children in Nigeria not just one but three meals a day and even pay 5,000 Naira to 50 million most vulnerable Nigerians, not just the 25 million we promised in our manifesto,'' APC said.

No wonder, his only opposition comes from one section of the country, who feels the only way it can break away from the country, is to continually wishing evil on its component unit, without minding that their present progress, depends on the progress of the Country!

Don't mind those APC sycophants arrogating Jonathan's achievements for Buhari

Jonathan's achievement in fighting corruption includes as stated below

“It was also the Jonathan administration that supported the institutional development of strong systems and mechanisms to curb corruption in the public service and plug revenue leakages. These included the development of the
Government Integrated Financial Management Platform, The Single Treasury Account (TSA), and the Integrated Personnel and Payroll Management Systems (IPPIS), in addition to the biometric registration of civil servants and pensioners which saved the country over N100 billion paid to ghost workers and ghost pensioners.”

FAAC: FG, States, LGs Share N409.3 Billion

The Federal Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) says the three tiers of government shared N409.354 billion from the federation account in the month of May.

More from: http://www.channelstv.com/2015/06/23/faac-fg-states-lgs-share-n409-3-billion/

FAAC: States, LGs share N388bn for April

The Minister of State for Finance, Mr Bashir Yuguda, on Friday, said N388 billion was shared among the federal, states and local governments as revenue for April 2015.

Yuguda announced this in Abuja when he addressed newsmen on the outcome of the Federation Accounts Allocation Committee (FAAC) meeting.

He said that the shared amount comprised the month's statutory revenue of N282 billion and N6.3 billion refunded by Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).

``Also, there is the exchange gain of N24.7 billion which is proposed for distribution, therefore, the total revenue distributable for the month of April, including VAT of N75.1 billion, is N388 billion.''

Private banks have started circling round fresh carcass. Soon they will resume devouring the economy via their corruptive tendencies they will initiate these new adminstrators into. In our social studies days the Central Bank was amongst other things termed 'the Government's Bank'. Where did we get it so badly wrong. Of course when corrupt bankers whispered into the ears of corrupt officials that they could earn huge interests on government deposited funds and the rest is history. We should try going back to that.

Proudly 5%.
Point of correction, the TSA idea was actually conceived in 2013 clearly under GEJ.

GEJ's government conceived this stellar idea since 2013 but didn't have the balls to implement it; who knows, they probably didnt enforce it because they knew it would seriously hinder their lootocracy.

It took the ascension of PMB to power for this stellar idea of GEJ conceived since 2013 to be enforced almost immediately and that should tell you a lot about Jonathan.

You really need to stop deluding yourself; the elections are over, the battle has been fought and won.

Also in June, N539bn was shared among all the tiers of government. Allocation has increased since the coming of PMB despite reduced earnings.

Wailers can continue to wail, PMB will continue to put then to shame.
