If you know how much lagos makes from vehicle license per month then you will know it is not publicity stunt. By the time motorist know fayose will check their papers the licensing office will be filled up with people for renewal and the state generate more money.
And was it Tinubu or Fashola that stood on the road to ensure motorist do what they are supposed to do? The answer is a big No. They engaged seasoned technocrats in the area of taxation to achieve that feet. Like I said Fayose is just doing eye service.
