I think it is harmless rash. It's probably some irritant you are not aware of yet. Do you have long artificial hair?

Thanks. No it doesn't itch me and I noticed something like that on my sister's back but it's not quite the same. No other symptom though I had malaria but that was like a month after I noticed the rash.

Cipro is an antibiotic used to treat a number of bacteria infections wherever in the human body including the eye!

The RX i gave you is for the gastrointestinal infection not for eye infection.

If those don't work, then can proceed to prescription strength and more potent ones, but will need a doc visit.

Is she gaining weight? Have her weight herself. The breast is mainly adipose tissues or fat. If she is gaining weight, could be.

Another thing: clinical breast exam would be beneficial to rule out breast tumor. How old is she? Perhaps breast is getting dense, which can be normal for growing young adult.

Your previous posts show that you got a stool culture/ova/parasites and it lists that you have salmonella and shigella.

So, you likely are dealing with infection that needs to be treated first if the lab result is accurate. That's the antibiotics I provided.

Try that first.

If it takes longer dan 3hrs, I wil take paracetamol, which may go or still last for like an hour

My Fiance's last period started on 24th August. She still had blood coming until friday 28th Aug. We had sex early on sunday 30th Aug but I didn't Erupt into her. However, I suspect some pre-Erupt fluid may have gotten into her somehow (still doubting that happened). She took a post pill on 01st Sept.

By 6th Sept. she told me of some light cramps she's feeling. By 7th Sept she told me she saw little blood in her urine.

She drank undiluted lime juice in the morning on 7th Sept and told me she started seeing blood like her regular period coming later the same day.

8th sept, the blood still coming like she's having her period again. She just finished her period two weeks ago.

She took a home test in the morning of 09th Sept and she said she has a faint second line. Note: She took post pill about two days after sex (tue 01/09).

The cramps have stopped early on 10th Sept but the bleeding is still coming just like her normal period.

Is there a possibiity that she's had a chemical pregnancy?

Is it safe to say the bleeding she's having is as a result of the post pill she took last week?

Check your thyroid hormones: TSH and T4 and sugar levels. Have to rule out medical issues first before screening for anxiety

Anal fissures in the setting of hemmorroid is possible!

He really needs to see a colorectal specialist or general sugeon for evaluation and treatment.

For now, he can use stool softeners to ease constipation and try anusol and sitz bath which will relieve pain and sooth anal area

Keep area clean to avoid bacteria infection or super infection.

Post pill as in emergency contraception?

Some experience bleeding vaginally as side effect

If bleeding does not remit, then see a gynecologist.

This analysis is a bit confusing. There is no growth but gram stain is plus or minus gram positive cocci? Contamination or?

Well anyway need to isolate the bug responsible and treat appropriately or treat empirically for chlamydia and gonorrhea.

The semen analysis itself isnt too bad, get on antibiotics promptly and much of fertility follow suit.

Your prolactin is normal.

For best interpretation of the rest, i need to know if the test were done during your follicular, luteal or mid cycle phase of your cycle. Do you know?

Alright, fair enough. Are you symptomatic at all? I mean, why did you obtain this analysis and culture in the first place. Is it for conception/fertility issues or? Why are you taking antibiotics.

I did say this result is confusing. I think PUS cells of 1-2 HPF can be normal, but only if it is incidental discovery.

I would say repeat test in a few months and culture fluid again.
