Hello, Good evening House, I am having network issues with my blackberry Curve 7 and my MTN. since the past 2 weeks I noticed that MTN network keep fluctuating in the phone, something there is no service, while sometimes people complain that they can't hear me while talking with them on phone. But when I switch my GLO sim in my blackberry Q10 with the MTN sim in the 2 phones, there is perfect service with glo in the Curve 7 both for calls and data services, and the MTN line in Q10 there is also perfect network and data services. I have complained to MTN service centre and they did a welcome back for me in a new sim and also validated my sim registration last week Thursday, but since then the problem persists even with the new sim. I am using Glo in Q10 because of the cheaper data plan and MTN in curve 7. Please I need advice on what to do. people are complaining that most times they call my MTN it is not available, and that's my business line. Please house I really need help on what to do.
