Went for 2 interviews for marketing posts today and I did well in the test and interview but the pay and condition seems ridiculous.

Company A said my basic salary will be between 25k and 35k and also commission on whatever customers I bring in but the worst part is I have to sign a year BOND with them and should in case I wann leave before one year, my guarantors will pay whatever is left to be met on my target...

Company B said my basic salary will be between 20k and 25k and also commission on sales or deals I get for the company... This one has no clause of BOND.

Tfare to either one I choose is btw 200 and 300 daily and I will be living in a place where I'd have to be feeding myself.

Please advise me on whether to wait for better opportunities or take one of the two offers.

Approximately you will spend 500 per day,500×26 days=13000
The remaining 7k/12k is your salary

is the marketing job in line with your career path in order for you to learn? And am sure the money can never be enough for your future plan. If no is your response to my first question, brother Please take the courage and move on with your life and invest your time into something else. That is not a good way to start life.

What do you want? Paycheck or Own Business ? If it's the former relax and look out for better opportunity but if it's the later then go there and develop your communication level as shown in the B-I triangle by R. Kiyosaki.

Nigerians are really wicked. How can you pay a graduate 25K- 35K. My cleaner earns 45k, not including other monies she gets. She works 5 days a week for less than 4hours each day.

thank God i left the country without looking back, although it wasn't funny at d beginning , thank God Almighty.. I got my stay under 3 years.

Guyz take risk this side is better.

you should know you haven't got any Job! That's not a Job if you ask me, the salary can't even pay TP let alone of feeding! The worst is you can never get time to go for another interview! Ignor them both and pray to God for better offer, those people? When they use you finish, they will make you blame God out of fraustration trust me! I'm speaking from experience.

I lived in the states for a few years, went for my graduate program, but did not bother getting my stay. Now I'm back to the zoo called Nigeria. Wish I had got my stay like you.
