@ameynuJR that's how things are u are in kano and most online shopping offices are not in kano so for u to buy anything above 20k u have to pay half the money before they can send your order down to you. I work with jumia and that's how they do there things for places we don't have offices. people think its a scam but that's how it is for jumia.

Pls I bought a fairly used z10, unknown to me that the antitheft feature was on, I cant access app world, I cant sign in my BBID, neither can I even create a new BBID, it keeps telling me to sign in with the ID registered with the phone.

So I changed the OS from 10.3.2 to 10.3.1. After that I could log in my own ID, but the issue now is that each time I restart the phone all my downloaded apps are gone, everything saved on the phone memory will be wiped out. I later updated the OS back to 10.3.2 and it went back to that same antitheft protection. I even tried upgrading to a higher version but it still kept telling me abt the antitheft feature been on.

Pls is there a way I can completely turn off this antitheft feature so I can update the OS, or is there anything I can do to stop all my app from disappearing each time I restart the phone?

Would appreciate your timely response.

Thanks

Even jumia accept full payment on delivery, so what is your point?

Pls dont pay for any goods you have not seen. If the seller cant accept pay on delivery, the he should forget it.

I am telling you this from experience.

Am telling you how things go on jumia cause I work directly with them.
if u are buying any product on jumia above 50 or 100k u and u are in somewhere like Kaduna they will ask you to pay half the money before goods can be sent down to u because we have most cases of goods getting to people where we don't have stations and them rejecting it.

I don't know of any solution to your challenge at this point...you probably bought a stolen phone and if it's not too late, I'll suggest you return it to the person you bought it from

Great Accessories for my BlackBerry Passport

Slimport HDMI Adaptor: I've been watching Crispy HD Movies on my OLED TV with dis great accessory; the most coolest thing about this Device is that it has a port to charge the phone while watching your favourite movie

Clever SmartID Technology Fast Quick Charger: I've ditched my "carry come" Passport Charger since dis great device arrived, comes with a 24W/4.8A dual post USB output lets you charge any combination of phones, tablets or other USB-charged devices simultaneously at full speed.

Asus 10050mAh PowerBank: Since the Purchase history of PowerBank in ma life, I've never seen a great PowerBank like dis maybe OnePlus Powerbank, it does not heat up at all, charges my Passport to full capacity (Twice at full charge and still more juice to charge other fones) it's portable (ATM card size) and a great companion

Note: I'm not advertising these accessories... But it's a great accessories to have for your devices
