I called one of their hotlines now and the lady told me so far you didn't get a regret text or mail from Workforce after the PBT, it means you were successful and it's now in the hands of their Client (Sterling Bank) to schedule and invite you for the next stage.

I think you should call them too, let's see if they will give the same information, so we can know if and how long to wait.

That is sterling bank style. I observed their trend and discovered that is how they operate. This recruitment exercise started last year nd I discovered that some successful candidates were never contacted again once those successful moves to the next stage. It may surprise you that not all those who wrote the pbt were contacted. Some will even pass the effective communication and writing test and will not be short-listed for interview.
