Brother don't waste your money and time. Go and get another visa they will not allow you with visa because you want to over stay.

It so simple Broo just get your school to write a letter of "To Whom It May Concern" addreesing it to SAQA.. Stating that u graduated from that institution and that ur certificate or statement of result is genuine using any of this options..... Your school as sender of the email OR With your school envelope and stamp; then send it to saqa via any courier using ur school as the sender. Sure you will get saqa evaluation certificate without delay.

You can tell someone in SA to scan it clearly and send it to you via email, then you will print it in coloured in Nigeria. Its safer that way though they don't usually ask for it, it's the original of the SAQA that they always want to sight.

Thanks Broo. How about using my SAQA evaluation certificate that was scanned and sent to me via email? This one that you said original saqa? Because I only have the printed copy with me.

SAQA sends both hard and soft copy of verification document but the hard copy takes about a month or more before it arrives in Nigeria hence you have to follow up with your school to tell you when the hard copy arrives and keep calling and mailing SAQA to request that they send another verification document, if possible. Make sure you include your school email address in the email you send to SAQA. Had the same problem, they told me that they will send another email but they didn't, eventually, the hard copy arrived in Nigeria and my institution responded......Cheers.

You are welcome bro, yes you can use it but just make sure you print it in coloured, front and back page, and probably on a white conqueror paper cheers!!!.

You keep asking the same question and I believe DIAMOND1960 has given a good directive. Go to your school and ask them to send a confirmation letter again as advised. SAQA is an organised body and they will only process ur documents when you meet all the requirements.
Also ask your school to Cc you in the email so you can have proof.
SAQA will take max 4 weeks to evaluate ur documents in the worst case scenerio.

My S. A Visa application spend good 6month in Vfc Ghana btw May & Nov 2015 before I now written letter to withdraw it.
But thank God. I later got the Visa last Dec in Vfc Lagos. Wishing you best aswel

For a visitors visa, you need the following docs:
1) International passport
2) Completed visa application form with two passport
photographs (White background)
3) Yellow card
4) Letter of Introduction from employer or Self letter of
introduction if you are self employed
5) Bank Statement
6) Pay slips
7) Valid hotel booking
Flight reservation
9) Visa application fees
10)Copy of work ID card
You can also include any other supporting documents
you have (if any) to boost your chances. All the best.....Cheers!!!

But it took me months to take such step.. Go to your registrar/academic office tomorrow morning tell them you want them to sent an email to saqa telling saqa that your certificate is indeed an authentic one.. Follow the comment I made on your question and see if their would not be a speedy solution.

@segzy201 I think you should try Diamond1960's step, it's very pragmatic, I told you how I sorted mine out, I didn't have to go through that route besides, the school I finished from, it would be very difficult for one to get the registrar/academic office to send such email.....Best of luck bro.... I already stated up there bro that they do send hard copy, that was how I was able to sort mine out.

Hello Good people, please I need ur expert advice, I plan to submit my application today, I need clarification on Wat best to fill in the following columns
1) period of residence in my permanent address: confused because we only visit the place during xmas
2) country of permanent residence/period resident in that country.....I don't know Wat best to fill on period resident in that country
3) finally Wat class of document is my international passport: official/ordinary /travel

Please I will appreciate if I can get correct response to these questions especially people that have obtained VISA using form B184....Thank u and God Bless
