I should be in Akure on Friday can somoeone please help with driving directions from Benin City?

Benin to Akure, take the Akure road in Benin ....relatively direct.
Or Benin to Sobe - Ifon - Owo to Akure
Or Take the Benin-Ore highway, then from Ore turn into Ondo road, then from Ondo town to Akure.
Or the Benin - Okeluse - Uhen - Akure road.

Before you get to the Benin bye-pass along the Benin-Sagamu expressway, divert to the right (Benin-Owo expressway) and drive straight down to Akure. You will pass towns such as Sobe,Ifon,Owo before you get to Akure. Beware of the narrow road and heavy duty trucks once you get to Owo.

OP, I suspect you are ex labour party member campaigning for Gov Mimiko. why u come show us oyemekun road and alagbaka only? why not go to oke aro, ijoka, abusoro, isolo, interior of oda, okeobere in ijoka etc etc. and the international dome, is that the real dome or the architectural design? cos am sure the the dome never reach even 60% completion.

Even this places you mentioned that the OP should show are not bad at all!! Oke-Aro and others are beautiful places!!

I can tell you authoritatively that there are places not half as beautiful as this places mentioned in europe and america. Stop badmouthing your country!

Western media has bastardised the African continent so much, you'd think people don't wear anything but leaves to cover their private parts at times! And Instead of y'all to promote good images and put pictures like this out there, the seed of discord that has been unconsciously planted amidst you will let you badmouth it!

Grow up Africa!! Think!

The Dome has already hosted BON/Nollywood Awards Night and Nigerian Society of Engineers' national conference (though the one he showed is the architectural design). You haven't been hearing from home for a while... grin grin grin
