this one happened right in front of my eyes. I was among the men on suit for the wedding..

the marriage lasted for 3days.

reason: the groom gave his mom one of their wedding gifts without his wife's permission. the bride moved out after 3days.

they never got to reconcile because the groom died 3months later..

This one occurred after their trado wedding. The groom told the bride that after white in her church, witness, they will both attend his church, Catholic. She said her mother will never allow that. That everyone must be a witness. The groom was so furious that he even suggessted both of them choosing a different church to worship. She said her mum won't allow

He went to the inlaw about it but they insisted it is witness or nothing else. He said if he can't influence his own wife, she's better off with her parents. That was the end

For the first story, the lady was deceitful although there's something called forgiveness. For the second story the guy went too far but both of them are not serious.

Well. I don't know of any but I could tell u why mine lasted less than 6 months embarassed

. When you marry from another race, be sure you're ready to face all that comes with such choice. Got tired of waking to do house chores, working for 10-15hrs a day only to get home to a spouse who though prefer to live on govt support, yet have you make dinner for the home. For some, the pressure becomes too unbearable that the only way out is the only way out. cry

Obviously you are not married. It takes more than love my sister. Tolerance, understanding, are some of the qualities. You can marry a man you do not love and later grow to love him, in the olden days a man married wives each knew their roles and there was no divorce. It took tolerance.

The one that I heard was after a lavished wedding by a businessman, he went to a court to plead the court to dissolve their wedding after seeing her wife for the first time without makeups, he thought that his wife was an intruder in his house when he saw her without makeups and asking who she was, he told the court to dissolve the marriage, that his wife deceived him

Although these stories are fantastic, they MAY just be true. I heard of a couple that divorced after the first night because the groom wanted to squeeze toothpaste out of the tube by holding the bottom, while the bride insisted that it should be squeezed by holding the neck.

When they could not reach a compromise, the groom told the bride she was stubborn woman and he couldn't live with such a woman for the rest of his life.

This days we don't mend whatever new things we have that got spoilt. We rather throw them away, our attitude towards our daily living reflect on how we handle things. In the old days when your chair is damage you look for a way to mend it but today we throw it away, replace with new 1. That's y we can't mend whatever that happens in marriage the attitude has change a lot.
