Even if he is still the COAS, even if he is a 4-star general or head of state, even if the guy cleaning the shoe is a private in the army, this is absolutely wrong on all levels. This will never happen in sane societies.

This is a total disrespect. Forget he is a minister, most of these SSS guys have seen governments come n go. All these elites insults the Nigerian security apparatus, last year, it was a policewoman fanning the wife of the new Ooni of Ife. Total disrespect!!!

Please that Shoe shiner is not a serving soldier, do not misinform people.
