Were you there to know who typed the letter? Is it who typed the letter that matters or the persons who appends his signature on the letter? If that letter is to be used as a legal tender, can it be disqualified based on date? You talk of Obama speech, is it speech we are talking about here or a documentary evidence wrongly dated? You think a verbal utterances and filed documents have the same weight? For a President who sent a wrong budget, deceptively tried withdrawing the budget through the back door and now wrongly dated an important document, it doesn't occur to you that is someone who have penchant for not paying attention to details? If you are a member of the house, you will say that error should be overlooked and 2015 document be filed as 2016 document?

Common error On a budget ?
C'mon man.

Even rental agreements cannot afford to have common errors, talkless if 6 trillion Naira federal budget.
C'mon man, be honest and call a spade a spade.

Buhari's budget officers and clerks are incompetents.
